Compare the price, it was very nice and comfortable. I found all I expected, and the location is very near from the train station, so u can easily go where u want.

The room was clean. Bathroom was ok.The environment around this hostel was really nice. It was surrounded by nature.

I didn’t know why the window was not allowed to open. It was very hot at night so uncomfortable actually.

The only positive thing is that I was able to get a second towel (even though this is the bare minimum) and I was able to borrow a small heater as I got really cold at night.

I had no idea that 2 rooms of the properties were 2 couples “homes”. I did not fell comfortable living in “their house” and sharing a toilet with them. I had no idea that the booking was room only. When I look at the pictures and descriptions it did say that there was private toilet but I don’t know what happened. The toilet should definitely be cleaner.

Simplicity of the place and it is very near to the metro station , located in a very beautiful natural area

The limits on the windows to be opened should be canceled.** Things may be needed :Electrical cooker beside the microwaveA small mat should be put in front of the water basin inside the room.A small shelf down the mirror inside the room.Provide a higher level of electrical white lighting inside the room if needed.

Passable

It was noisy at night, you can hear everything from your neighbors and the owner didn't changed it tho I claimed. The water in the shower is leaking, the lock to the room a bit broken and look unsafe, so I was scared to leave my belongins, there is a hole between the door and my room, the light from the kitchen is seen.

The price was amazing, with public transport you could go there without any issues, even late at night. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, washing machine. The room was simple but clean and warm. Thanks to you guys and your amazing prices I could experience New Year in Vienna :)

All was good.

Some things require renovation, most require some care. Was ok, couldve been much better.

The kitchenette was a joke - no plates, no cuting knifes (nor cutting boards), no mugs. Yes there is a microwave, but without a plate you can only heat up certain things. Yes there is a cettle buy you have to make tea in separate teacups. And you wont make sandwitches, least not from uncut bread. Wifi barely reached part of my room, tho I suppose I was lucky it did at all, cos other people hat to sit in the kitchen to use it.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great price and room just as it was promised.

We asked for two single beds but we got a double. Too less space for a yogamat

the customer service is nice and cooperative, the room is a good size, the bed is comfortable, and the wardrobe is wide, the sink in the room is a good idea

The walls are terrible at soundproofing, you can hear every slight movement out the door, and the location is outside Vienna you need to take a bus and then the subway to arrive at the city center it is around 30-40 minutes

Big room, super close to train station— this place was an incredible find. Super helpful staff, too (download WhatsApp for communication if you’re an English speaker!). Would stay again without hesitation.

The one complaint I had (key would get stuck in the door) I informed them about and they said they would get a new key. That’s literally the downside and should be getting fixed.

Liked the room in general. Was clean, and had what I needed for my stay.

The front door lock needs changing, was hard to unlock to the point I had to ask strangers for help with it.The toilet and shower door handles constantly kept falling off and hitting the ground, and if I'm asleep in the night and someone would attempt to use them, this would disturb my sleep immensely.The tap in my room was dodgy to say the least.Smell in the place could be improved.Place is good, it just needs proper maintenance and a receptionist or a body to physically speak with.

I liked the location in general.

I didnt like the fact that pne of the bed was not sturdy enough. It fell from the outer shell 3 times during our stay.

The bed was cozy, check in and check out worked nicely. Private shower, toilets on the hallway.

The room smelled like smoke. A lot of noise from outside and other rooms. Quite a long way from Vienna city center, but easy to reach by train.
