Staff / location / Hotel/staff stored my luggage until I was ready to retreive it / Great breakfast buffet

Shower temperature difficult to regulate.

Close to the Vienna central station.

Builds was old and inside poorly maintainined. No any drink facility, no room cleaning service during stay over next day. TV is too small size to watch and only local public stations. Internet access broken down.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped with necessary amenities. The hotel is 2 blocks from the subway line, so getting around isn't too difficult.

Some rooms are smaller than others, and can be really crammed up. Also, the showers are a little strange - and so the entire bathroom gets wet. But overall, it was well worth the money.

it was centrally located

no space at all to put the luggage and room around in the room, receptionist seemed to be a bit arrogant, wifi was not working at all, i complained continuously for two days but no one bothered to get it fixed.

Very dated

The main train station was really super close, and the metro also. The staff was nice and I could leave my luggage for some time after I checked out and wanted to do more sightseeing.

The wifi did not work at all, i could not get the TV to work, and i missed basics like a kettle, and in the bathroom some of the fittings where loose (for context I arrived quite late evening and was to tired / exhausted to bother asking for those things to be fixed / handled).

The location right next to the central station was easy to reach at any time. There are plenty of restaurants near by. 20-30 mins walk to the center. Staff was really nice and helpful. Shower was clean, beds and pillows were comfy, no problems with street noise or heating

Some neighbors were loud due to a lack of noise cancellation, but it was not that bad.

Comfortable and conveniently close to the train station, very friendly staff. Very quiet room despite being next to a large road.

In the booking we asked for a crib in the room, and the request was approved. However, we didn't get a crib. The staff was very apologetic, but said nothing could be done to solve the problem

The location is accessible. Right across the main train station. There places to eat in nearby and near the tram station.

The water pressure in the bathroom can be better.

Only that the shower didn't get very hot, it seemed the max heat was only warm.

The location. The cleanliness.

The noise, mostly from people staying in the hotel, was disruptive. They would open and close their doors at 5 AM several times with a loud noise, preventing other people from resting. I would recommend installing some noise protection on the doors. Because there are a lot of clums*y people that do not care about others.

Heating was functioning in bathroom only. At least the quilt was super warm.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The staff were great, even though we checked in very late.

The view of our room was a blank wall, but honestly, that's the least of my worries, given that it was just an overnight stay.

Comfortable room, good location, affordable price. A very friendly person at the reception. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their name, but she spoke with a slight French accent

The shower was a bit small, it was difficult to wash properly.

Regretted choosing this hotel

The radiator was emitting heat all night. It was early October and we didn’t need heat on. The staff brought a small fan and said heat couldn’t be turned off. The room guests sweat all night, couldn’t sleep and were exhausted for their 12 hour flight the next day. Hotel staff didn’t appear to care much. Would not stay here again nor recommend it. Hotel rates were cheap and we got what we paid for - not much

Friendly welcome at the reception desk, professional check-in process. Clean, large, quiet room, very comfortable beds. Very clean, well-equipped, newly renovated bathroom. Good location opposite Vienna's main train station.

Unfortunately, the water in the shower was only lukewarm in the evening.

Very kind staff, great breakfast, big room, great location!
