Pros +
- The reception area is very nice, creating a friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Having a secure underground garage was a huge advantage for us, making parking in the city completely stress-free. A perfect choice for those looking for comfort and convenience in Vienna!"
- Breakfast at €18(adult) and €14(kids) is expensive for viennese standards.
- It was exceptionally clean and nice, very close to the venue I visited and staff were helpful when I checked in, they even asked if I wanted to reserve breakfast bc they could see it was not included in my booking.
Cons -
- The Ukranian lady was not polite or helpful at the check-in desk. Asking whether we could have an extra third card for the room, she replied " we only issue a third key card for the room in exceptional circumstances". I replied, so this is an exceptional circumstance... and she issued a third card. Not a welcoming experience! On top, she charged me again for the reservation resulting an unwanted hassle to go through Booking.com and requesting a double charge for the room reservation. A simple reservation can become a hassle if the staff is not looking into their system and see whether the room has been already paid for or not.I think the GM should have a better look into their staff training and make sure appropriate staff are working at its reception desk. This incident however does not dilute the total experience we have had at all other Jufa Hotels. We will continue to book this and other Jufa Hotels again.
- Despite the checkout only being at 11 am, cleaning staff opened the door on me 3 times before 10 am, kind of pressuring me to leave as soon as I could.. they weren’t rude but I didn’t like the atmosphere it created.
- The location is not very central but it is worth it

Great place. I book it last minute and the price was amazing compared with other properties. The facilities are really nice. Private room with private bathroom. Really nice place
The location is not very central but it is worth it
Very nice breakfast options, the room was warm. Toilet and shower were separate which was a nice touch.
We didn't have slippers and there weren't any carpets on the floor so that was a bummer.
Breakfast. Clean room. Parking house.
Clean and good place, friendly staff. Good location
The hotel is near the metro station and train station, which makes it ideal place to stay at. The locality is peaceful. The room was really comfortable and clean. It was the same as described. The lobby of the hotel is a lovely place to hang with friends.
Nice and big studio room for a family with kids
Front desk lady wasn’t so welcoming
ordinary modern hotel, small room (bed, wardrobe, TV, table, shower), quite a generous breakfast buffet.
Staff was very nice. Room was clean and had everything. Good location near metro station and tram stop and stores.
Bad
This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I have had in my entire life. I rarely write reviews, particularly negative ones, as I generally overlook minor inconveniences. However, the behavior of the staff was so exceptionally rude and unaccommodating that it was genuinely shocking. Their conduct made us question how they are able to work in the service industry at all. We were treated with complete disrespect throughout our stay, and I thoroughly disliked every moment spent there. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never return.
Staff was nice, it was comfortable
The location. Also it is a rather small detail but the toilet paper was super thin
Very nice safe hotel no issues with room. Split toilet/shower rooms which was nice!
About 20-30 min train/car from city center but in good area, 5min walk from train station and car garage on site.
Clean, cozy, good connection with city center.
Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
Great atmosphere and space. Breakfast was great!
Access to parking was confusing. Elevators often did not work. The main issue was there were 6 light bulbs out in my room. I asked the front desk to replace them to have more light and be able to study and do work, but they never came.
the room was big enough, the breakfast was good
The cleanness was not acceptable. I found hair in the sink and sports on the toilet - gross. The heating was not adjustable and it was extremly hot in the room.
For the price we paid, the room was spacious and good. Location was good, easy to find.
The cleaner enter the room in the morning before 8am while we were still sleeping. No knocking or any warning. As we arrived very late, we would have wanted to sleep a bit longer. After that we couldn't of course sleep any more, so we took a shower. The cleaner opened the room door AGAIN as my daughter stood naked getting dressed. The next day we had lunch at the restaurant, the food was very very basic, served with only ketchup, but surprisingly tasty.
Family friendly hotel
The pillows. Asked for different once but they didnt have.

We stayed from December 25 to 28, 2025, and on midnight of December 26 in the lobby, where my girlfriend and I were sitting quietly with her lying down briefly due to back pain and causing no disturbance, the receptionist named Mohammad Bilal approached us completely unprovoked. He rudely ordered her to sit up, stating that it was "not allowed," and when we asked him to handle the situation professionally, he responded with even more disrespect directed specifically at her.As soon as I told him directly not to talk to her in that manner, he immediately deactivated our room keys and declared outright, "You’re not going back to your rooms tonight," which meant paying, registered guests were denied access to their own accommodation without any valid reason. When we requested to speak with a manager, he claimed that he was the manager and refused to involve anyone else, and when we asked for a written complaint form, he refused that too and insisted we submit everything online. After having locked us out, he then left the front desk on three separate occasions to approach me closely each time, and on the third occasion he said, "Move your woman and talk to me man to man", which is clearly sexist and discriminatory language. The entire incident took place in the lobby area covered by security cameras, yet no proper de-escalation procedures or safety protocols were followed at any point.I have reported this fully through Booking with an ongoing investigation and a demand for a full refund, escalated the matter directly to JUFA management and upper management. This behavior amounts to retaliation, intimidation, abuse of power, and discrimination from a staff member in a supposedly family-friendly hotel chain.Couples, families, and any travelers should avoid booking here given the risk of similar treatment.
