Very kind the guy from the reception, also the room was sooo clean and beautiful It has a really good location. Our room was already done when we arrived so we were so happy that they had it before the check in hour . We would stay again for sure!

Everything was perfect

Small room but with private clean bathroom. Great location, tram station right in front of the building. Nice coffee and breakfast place at 2 minutes distance.

Some glasses would be needed in the room or in the shared table area.

You get what you paid for and even more, the location is great and the staff was really nice.

The room was a bit small.They don't tell you that if you check in after midnight you need to pay extra 20 euros per hour and this was a surprise for us it was not mentioned anywhere.

Great place to stay in the heart if Istanbul, markets, restaurants, main iconic places, everything in a short walking distance. Safety place, very calm neighborhood and a super friendly staff will be waiting for you to be receive, also they offer laundry service and tours coordination! 100% recommended!

Decent value for Vienna, with a tram stop right outside so accessing the city was easy. Everything was clean and functional, not too loud and good fan & heating. If you want to practice van life, this is the room for you.

The mattress was HORRIBLY uncomfortable, so soft it was back breaking. The pillows are so soft that you wake up with deathly neck pain. Teeny tiny bathroom, so small that they had to put the shower IN the bedroom ?

It was easy to check in and the room was what we needed.

Our room smelled moldy and we had to keep the window open the whole time. Our allergies were going crazy.

Very friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out, and comfortable beds. The building is in a quiet neighbourhood and the elevator is a big help.

The soap and wash bottles were not on their places, but the dispenser is also not fit for the bottles, so the dispensers might need changing.

The staff was very polite. Great location!

It was noisy because of other guests. This place is not a hotel or separate apartments.

Tiny room but good for a few nights in Vienna. Location was perfect and the room was very clean.

I had booked a single room and was upgraded to a quadruplet room, which was perfect! enough space, nice view with natural lighting, bed sheets and bathroom were clean, it was peaceful and quiet, all kinds of restaurants and shops around, staff were welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more considering the price.

Towels are worn out and need to be changed.

The location is super and near the center. The neighborhood has everything you need, supermarket, coffee, bakery and lot of places to eat. The staff were incredible. The room was small but cosy and very clean. We had a very good experience.

It was completely clean, room was warm. Room is tiny, but reasonable for the price. I recommend it if you plan to spend all day outside and just need a relatively central place to sleep and shower.

The room was a bit noisy, but not that much, we fell asleep quickly.

Located next to a tram station and not too far from the center, even if walking. Comfy bed, appliances worked fine. Had a kettle in the room as I asked for one.Nice and reactive staff.

Scaffolding on the facade.Tiny room considering the amount of furniture in it: very little free space left. We happened to have (long stay) neighbours who were really noisy (doors banging non stop day like night, speaking on speakerphone the entire time, several women in the same room) and had to have staff come and tell them to be quiet. However it kept happening. Too bad when travelling with a quiet young boy.

Everything was up to the standards. Staff is pleasant, location is amazing and it was very clean. I would recommend it to everyone.

If you care about the view then you will not enyoj it as much. Also if you are a tall person (like me) you will have some troubles showering as it is a bit narrow but these aren't really important things tbh. You can deal with everything.
