Was very clean, worm, perfect safe location

The location is great- less than 10 min walk to Stephanplatz and central locations. 3 min walk to airport bus.The room was nice and very clean, beg was very comfortable. Not a very big room but enough for two people with a suitcase and carry-on each.Overall really great for what we were looking for!

Towels are quite small and thin, but not terrible.

The room was very clean and quite large, windows looking to the street. The location is perfect all city sightseeing spots are in walk distance. The stuff was nice and helpful, daily cleaning done well.

Great location in Vienna with a clean room with lots of nice extra touches.

This was a big negative for us, we stayed in early October and they had already shut oh the air conditioning for the rooms. It was unbearably hot in the room and it made it almost impossible to sleep. It really affected my stay. When I called for help they just said to turn the heat off in the room, which didn’t help because the heat was already off, and said to open the window to cool down. Unfortunately that didn’t work well either as the window opens onto a busy noisy street and it was very loud with the window open. I really don’t find this acceptable for the expectation and price of the accommodation. Sleep is very important when you are tired from travelling and it affected the quality of my stay in Vienna.

It is near the center. Like 10-min walk from everything.

Nothing but since it is a self check in dont expect the same amenities as a regular hotel. They respond quickly via email though when we requested to have one of the light bulbs replaced

Great location near city center, walking distance to historic landmarks, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect for first timers to Vienna.

Heating couldn't be regulated from room, had to open a window for cooling

Fantastic location. Perfect for walking around the central area. If weather is nice go to the canal banks for drinks in afternoon/ evening

The location is exceptional! Everything is near, the underground for the further locations is also nearby. Shuttle to the airport is also nearby. The room itself is tidy and equipped with everything you need. Lovely!

Excellent location both for exploring the city and connection with airport. Room was ready early and we were able to start using it. Very helpful and invisible staff - all queries were handled professionally without seeing a soul. Perfect for those who want to enjoy privacy without hotel fuss. Clean, comfortable and cozy.

Lovely apartment, really clean and tidy, in a good walkable location to many monuments and close to underground stops for getting to places on the outside of the city.

it was really central location. when we got tired or cold, we found our way to the hotel. this is the most important thing for a winter holiday since you can't just relax in a park or outside. the people there were really helpful. when we had problem with heating system, they helped immediately. the chocolate and wine for new year were really kind. I will recommend this stay to my friends

Except the noise from the traffic along the streets at night - we were given ear plugs though, which was great.

The staff forgot to lock my room after cleaning up the second day, this is not safe even there are several locks on the out side gates. Hope the hotel can pay attention.

Perfect location in the center of the city, inside a gorgeous building. The room is big and spacious, with lots of natural light through big windows. A comfortable bed and shower with good pressure and hot water. There was no breakfast included but the room had a nespresso machine and some cookies. Very close to the train station as well so very easy to reach from the airport and to visit the schonbrunn palace. Would easily recommend this to someone and would definitely stay here again in the future.
