Definitely the pillows have to be changed into a better quality

Very well placed for a visit to central Vienna. Within walking distance of most of Vienna's site, including the Belevedere Palace. My companion rooms was significantly larger.

My room was a bit small and the coffee machine didn't work but reception did give e milk for my own coffee.

Very nice location - 10-15 mins by foot to Opera, 20-25 to Hoffburg museums, 15 to Centrsl station. Amazing local cafffe just a step aside (direction opera). Good breakfast with 2 types eggs (boiled/scrambled), warm sausages, cold cuts, some vegetables (cucumber, tomato, olives, rucola/green salad, pepper etc) and fruits available daily.I was also upgraded for free for a much bigger studio.

Uncomfortable beds. Though with wooden bulks base, somewhat they are too soft; mattresses were else thin & soft /worn out. One could feel a dent in mattress where the heavy body part usually is. Since I had a double bed just for me, could work around position & sleep well.

Nicely located. I made my trip to go to the Wien Oper and it was the best location for a fair price. Clean facilities very hygienic. And staff was very friendly and did have great recommendations which i tried all of them.Room was ready by 11.00 so i did check in earlier than 15.00 without any additional costs.

That i had to pay extra for extra coffee capsules. But that was because I didn't read the instructions book.

Good location close to city centre, restaurants and bars. Easy access to public transport. Room was clean and tidy and a decent size for a single room. Bed was very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend here and I’d stay again too

Close to the city centre

Dated furniture, stained carpet.Every evening we had to ask reception for towels which were taken from the room and not replaced Limited breakfast options and expired food Safe-deposit box blocked.The kitchenette had few items of cutlery and few glasses, not enough for the number of guests booked on the roomNot a 4 stars hotel

The location is very good, and so is the neighbourhood. You can find everything you need nearby, such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafés. Trams also pass along the street. However, if you prefer, you can walk to the city centre, it only takes about 15 minutes.

The bed in the room I stayed in creaked. Also, the bed sheet kept slipping and bunching up because it was too small for the bed.There were enough facilities, except for coffee. Everything needed to drink coffee was available in the room, except the coffee itself. The coffee is sold separately.

Amazing location, between the main station and city centre. A bit of noise from the trams on the street, but I slept well. Staff were super nice and rooms ok if a tad small.

Bed covers were too small. The bare mattress was barely covered.

Pleasant welcome and 24-hour reception desk and responsive service; comfortable, spacious enough room with neutral decor (no 'feature walls', questionable 'artworks' etc); good breakfast selection. Good location about half-way between main railway station and historic city centre, both easily accessible on foot.

No serious complaints, but chamber service was a bit erratic: towels replaced (unnecessarily) only on first day, beds remade only on second; dusting could have been more thorough; espresso machine provided, but once we'd used the two coffee pods provided they weren't replaced. Also we specifically booked a double bed, but it turned out to be two singles shoved together. (Only one very soft pillow each was provided, but another was added on request.)

Very good location, clean, and spacious.

The suite windows were facing the street, and there were noises from the trams.

We only stayed for 1 night, but the hotel definitely met our expectations - friendly staff, large room, excellent location, free parking in front during the weekend. Overall, it's a great value for money, especially given that I booked only a few days before our stay. I could easily stay here on a longer visit in Vienna.

The only problem with the room was the shower height adjuster, which broke when I tried to move it.
