    Pros +

    • Staff was lovely, breakfast was delicious, room was clean and spacious, and the location was extremely convenient.
    • Friendly Welcome, quiet , close to transport and a couple of good coffee shops
    • beautiful place, comfortable bed, convenienlty located

    Cons -

    • lack of outlets in rooms made it impossible to have a night light on, a fan on, and charging my phone at the same time. i basically could only pick any of those at once. there was also no a/c, which i understand from a sustainblty perspective but it was pretty warm at night
    • Cold floors. No rugs/ carpet. It felt more like a dorm. Not worth 190 Euro.No plugs near the bed. The tiniest bathroom on the planet.
    • Pillows were a bit thin.

Nice location, hip neighborhood, old school feel to be the place. 15-20 walk to most museums..

    Pillows were a bit thin.

Charming and adorable . Friendly staff. Lovely courtyard. The hotel has character and soul. Good bed linens and towels. Room with Minibar and safe. Loved it.

Everything is ok.the pillows have room for improvement but nothing too serious.

Fun hotel that is well-located and has a unique retro style. The family room was clean and spacious. Overall a good value in Vienna. Staff was very helpful .

Some amenities and furniture could be updated or upgraded, but we appreciated the hotel’s commitment to its style.

A charming traditional Viennese hotel, featuring a Philippine restaurant on the ground floor. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a vibrant atmosphere alive with conversation and the enjoyment of excellent food. My room opened onto a lovely courtyard filled with lush greenery..

    All good

The garden looks nice though we didn't enjoy it too much this time due to cold weather in winter. The location is also fanbulois for city walk.

The bathroom is a little bit small.

A 3-star hotel, conveniently located near the city’s major landmarks and public transport. The interior design is authentic, featuring retro décor and vintage furniture (personally, I love retro, so this was a nice bonus for me). The room was clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable.Breakfast is offered in three different set options at the hotel’s local Philippine cuisine restaurant, which you can choose from when ordering (note: there is no buffet or continental breakfast spread). There is also an elevator, which I truly appreciated. I walked A LOT while staying in Vienna, so even though I was on the second floor, using the elevator sometimes really saved my tired legs.

The hotel is generally noisy, so improved soundproofing would be a good idea. The rooms are furnished with older furniture (such as the table and chair, for example), so if you are not a fan of this style, it may not suit you. There was a yellow stain on the bedsheet at the foot of the bed. While this did not affect overall cleanliness, it looked strange even for a 3-star hotel.

We really liked the location: close to the metro and within walking distance of some great city hotspots, such as the Museum Quartier.

The property is quite old and could benefit from some maintenance. That said, considering the price, it offers good value for money and we really can’t complain.

    The location was good.

It was a very cold day when we checked in and the room was very cold. We went out to have dinner, when we can back it was warmer than before but not enough to sleep well. The staff who attended us as we checked in was not very welcoming but more eager to go home as it was passed her shift time. I remember this hotel as a very welcoming and lively place, so I felt sad and disappointed.

It was in a great location in Neubau and well positioned for public transport to get to all the main attractions in Vienna. Lots of great cafes and shops right nearby.

You hear absolutely everything. The noise from the restaurant was so loud in my room, and it was like this every night until about 11pm. Made it impossible to sleep any earlier. Bed wasn't comfortable at all.

Good location. Helpful and kind staff. Vintage atmosphere.

Vintage atmosphere but need a lot of recuperating, broken furniture, The heat didn't work.

We stayed two nights Friday and Sunday but had to go elsewhere for Saturdays as the hotel was booked out that night. Loved the retro vibe, large clean room, excellent indonesian breakfast and dinner. Free luggage storage. Liked the area and tram access.

No kettle in one of the rooms we stayed in.

Charming, clean, incredible location wonderful staff

    5RrezePosted on: 11-25-2025

    Passable

The room was cold and the radiator didn’t go past a certain heat level. The walls are apparently thin as it was very noisy, you could hear people walking in the hallway all the time, children screaming etc.

Strong sense of style: think Cindy Sherman meets Wes Anderson. Excellent breakfast porridge.

There is a central courtyard and a bar below the rooms. We tend to go to bed quite early and whilst the 'chuck-out' time of 11pm was reasonable from a certain point of view, this was much later than suited us, especially on the last night when we had a 4am start and were desperate for an early night. And it was, for cold northerners not used to such luxurious heating, insomnia-inducingly warm overnight in the rooms. We hadn't booked breakfast and were charged two different prices for eating the same thing on two different days, i.e., double the amount on the second day.

The location was quite good and the restaurant felt very cozy

The facilities were poor and breakfast was below my expectations. Overall it definitely doesn’t worth the value
