Clean, fast check-in, beautiful room, good connectioms with uBahn

It was a bit cold but expected, it was -7 outside.

Cool and comfy place, nice location, very clean, room was spacious, with an electric kettle, tea, mugs.

They offer "queen bed" on the standard rooms, on their ad, but they only have twin beds that they put together. If you are a couple, sleeping will be fine - no more than that in the bed, otherwise it will run apart. Pillows could be better.

The breakfast was poor and certainly the cost was very very high ....23 euros per day for each person is outrageous. This is the only disappointment we have

Breakfast was excellent, staff was attentive, room was good, location excellent. Lovely touches with the slogans and quotes on different surfaces in room and through hotel.

Bathroom felt a bit cramped, could use some shelfs in shower room. Strange location of electricity plugs. Mirror in room in odd place and no sockets next to it if you don't fancy doing your hair and makeup in bathroom

No bath in family room. Website showed 17 photos of family room one of the photos showed a bath but there wasn’t one in the family room we were allocated.

The room had a persistent smell, similar to a hospital smell, which affected the overall comfort

the hotel is not in the center but is very close to the Uban and bus station, it has a mall next door which is very useful. the staff is very friendly and very helpful, the room was big and the breakfast excellent

The bathroom fan wasn’t working, which caused an unpleasant smell. I reported this to the receptionist, but unfortunately there was no update or solution during my stay.

The triple room was not really great, the third bed was like a cavou.

The room does not include a kettle, coffee, tea, or bathroom slippers. I was surprised, as I did not expect these amenities to be missing in a four-star hotel.

Good hotel. Cozy rooms. Tram and metro nearby. Also a shopping center nearby.

The staff was very helpful and the artstyle is cool (your nightstand is a Kahon drum!) The location is a bit far from the center, but very close to subway amd buses

The door for the room requires multiple attempts to fully close and lock, and sometimes we accidentally left the room and found out we left the door unlocked

Even if the bathroom is cleaned every day, there is scarce use of detergent in WC.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms were very nice. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was amazing!!!
