It was clean.

The room was small and basic. It was supposed to be a queen bed, but it was actually two twin beds put together with a fitted queen sheet on top. It wouldn't have been too bad except it was two separate twin comforters rather than one blanket.

Very nice apartment. Clean and comfortable.

Location is very far from all activities. Takes 40 minutes to get to city centre. No stove or microwave in the apartment to heat food, even though dishes are provided.

Although a bit out from the city center, very good connection directly to most of the metro lines by tram no 62, travel time is 25 minutes. Also good location to visit Schönbrunn palace - easy 15 minutes walk to the entry of the park, and another 10-15 minutes to the palace.The breakfast was perfect: fruits, normal breakfast like ham and egg, sausage, salami, paprika-tomato, nuts and dried fruits, cheese. Perfect for the next 4-6 hours! The room was a duplex - I haven't seen anything like that! A small kitchen was good to have a dinner of our own. The inner rooms are very quiet.

A microwave owen could be usefull.

The staff at the reception was not quite helpful.

Location in the city, a bit outside the main area, but easily reachable by trains. The place itself is a complex of buildings, all belonging to the hotel, each room is a mini apartment with a small kitchen, and access to a big building kitchen. Even the towels and bed sheets are accesible via a service room. The room we had was not accesible (stairs to reach the bed), but we didn't ask for an accesible room - I believe they have these ones as well.

The room is spacious, cozy and clean. The location is good, there is a tram station just in front of the hotel.

Cozy, clean, comfortable and accessible to the public transport including underground and trams. Really good value for Vienna.

the door is broken and hard to close, heating isn't good inside with no radiator, sound insulation is super poor ( I could even hear the one next door playing Game Boy), and there is no daily room cleaning, the gym is poor

Location was great, free coffee in the lobby. The layout of the buildings was nice and everything felt secure. Located directly on a tram stop.

Our room was two tiered, with a ladder to get to the bedroom, which may be difficult for elderly people.

The studio was clean and comfortable, furnished with everything you need for a short term stay. The price is quite reasonable for such nice accommodation. Would very much recommend!

Our access code was not sent to us even after the check-in time, and no one was replying to our messages. But after a phone call, the staff apologized and took care of everything in the end.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the room was clean, modern and well equipped.

The hotel consists of several building, the buildings' numbers should be indicated in a more visible way

All was perfect. I had an early check-in, and it was great because I was exhausted as I had an overnight flight. I really appreciate this.

Very friendly staff, professional, ready to help. The room was tiny, but well organized. Complimentary tea and coffee was a good addition. Maybe free shuttle would add value to the facility and a pool.

Difficult to access the bedroom in the studio for a person with a knee surgery. No daily rom service at all for 3 days.

I like how clean the room was. The people at the reception were really sweet. They guided us with everything. And the location is perfect as there is a tram station right in front of the the hotel, which takes you to Vienna city centre in 20 mins. This place is awesome. Highly recommended :)
