The hotel is in an excellent location we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Food and service amazing and such large portions! The staff were super helpful we loved everything

Cleaning of the room was not very good, beds were made up, towels changed and off we go. Not good !

Amazing location, historical building, my room deluxe was nice.

When I checked in, I booked a room for two more days. But it turned out I chose another category room. I paid even more. The girl at the reception said they would leave me in my room so I wouldn't have to move. However, two days later, my key was blocked, the room wasn't cleaned, and I had to pay an extra 40 euros for my room. This is unfair. My mood is ruined. I won't come here again.

To hot, had to request fan, twin beds mattress topper slid of, causing near falls, glass door to bathroom, if partner used during night, woke the other. Breakfast so expensive, cheaper outside.

The location was very central near the main attractions the shopping area and bars and restaurants . The staff were really courteous professional and helpful.

The location was excellent and the room was clean and well furnished.

The window looked onto an inner courtyard that was dark and dingy. We kept the blinds shut so we don't have to look out.

Hotel is located right by a metro station, so easy access when arriving to Vienna by train. We had a beautiful corner room which was quite spacious and very quiet overnight. Breakfast was excellent with an extensive variety of choices including eggs made to order. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and stored our luggage so we could explore the city prior to check in time.

Great location and very nice staff specially a guy name Safwan at the front desk

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

Breakfast was fine but egg station a bit limited
