Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Common areas are big, the rooms have separate bathrooms. They have a storage room you can use before/after you check out, so I could travel freely without my big backpack. I really enjoyed staying here. Honestly I wasn't expecting the hostel to be this nice while booking, I will definitely book again if I'm in Vienna again.

The hostel was great value and comfortable, clean rooms. The staff was very cordial and had a good breakfast on site.

The beds were perfectly fine and the room was clean

The room was not warm enough, and the hot water was only lukewarm. You could hear every noise from the hallway. The breakfast was poor — the selection was limited, and even when we arrived just half an hour after the dining room opened, half of the items were already missing and the staff did not bother to refill them

What I liked was staying in Favoriten district in Vienna, it's so culturally rich. A&T Hostel was an easy walk from the main train station & then I took the Metro back to the areas I wanted to visit. As far as I could tell, the Hostel facilitates groups. My room had its bathroom inside the room. The room itself was reasonably clean; the bathroom & shower were also both clean. The staff were friendly & helpful & I felt "comfortable" (safe) there, in all ways. A&T served its purpose!

I did not have the breakfast, but from what I could tell, I'm not sure it was worth the price -- I eat in a lot of hostels & others have more quality goods. But, what you could do is "look" at their offer, before buying a breakfast ticket.

It is very clean. It is near to the grocery and metro station. The staff is very accommodating. They will let you borrow padlock for free. You can ask for utensils also. There’s a detox water available 24/7. I really had a great stay here!

Cleanliness

I was discriminated by Vladimir because I am a muslim. He was rude and unwelcoming. For this reason only, I would never come back to this hostel.

The staff was very helpful and they answer all of our questions.The area was okay and close to the metro.

The bathroom was located inside the room, which wasn’t the best idea. You could hear guests using it, and at times the smell afterward was quite unpleasant.Additionally, there was a door on the third floor that kept slamming in the middle of the night because some guests didn’t pay attention to closing it carefully.

Position and room

We had to wait 5 am to take a shower because If we wanted to take a shower at 11 or 12 am there was not hot water.

The location was really good. Shopping availability close buy. Great infrastructure through the whole city basically. You can do your laundry tho????

Well I didn't like the boys roomate lol but only because of the dreadful conditions how they left the toilett tho. But to sleep somewhere it's the best value. That's for sure . Free lemon water always available. Awsomeee :)
