Beautiful little hotel, not far from the bus or metro and good food nearby. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and we had a nice welcome gift when we arrived as we were travelling for a special occasion. The room was warm, comfortable and clean.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, cleanliness, room size was big, room was warm and restaurant food was great. I absolutely loved the pumpkin soup.

A good distance away from the city But the tube was 3min walk away. It’s only a small ick. Everything else was Amazing.

The bathroom has no hot water in the middle of winter I tried contacting the hotel for brush and toothpaste but they dis not answer The air conditioner was locked I was not able to adjust the temperature

My stay at voco Hotel in Vienna was one of the worst experiences in terms of customer service. The behavior of some of the female staff members was very unprofessional, especially during the check-in process, where the attitude was rude and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this poor treatment continued throughout the day whenever assistance or information was needed. The lack of respect and care negatively affected my entire stay and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level.

The beds were very comfortable.

It wasn’t as clean as I expected for an IHG hotel. The towels need to be changed and they should be bigger for shower use. The bathrooms also need some freshening up. Otherwise it was ok.

Everything was excellent, especially the beds and the restaurant staff, with long dark hair from Hungary, she was exceptional! ❤️

The location of the hotel is good. It's only 3 stops by metro from the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were equipped very well and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was also good had a variety of things to choose from.

When we got to the hotel the room was supposed to be ready at 15. We got there at like 13 so they kindly offered to drop our bags their and we could go around the city and come back later for check in. We came back at 17 and checked in. When we got to our room the cleaners were still there and the room wasn't ready. We went downstairs and they told us we had to wait 20 more minutes for it to be ready. The reception kindly offered us a complentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience which we appreaciated. The other thing is that the room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom and the floor was not that clean. The mugs that were left there for coffee/tea were also not that clean. And that's why i give them a 7 and not an 8.

The bath - I prefer a proper shower. I missed a fridge in the room and a vanity mirror

Clean & spacious rooms, Good location next to a bus station, Good breakfast.

Got id breakfast, comfortable bed and the room had neutral peaceful colours.Close to the centre and good connections with the public transport.

Room was very big and offered all the necessary for a comfortable stay.Hotel staff was very polite.It was less than 5 minutes walking from underground station and a nice street with very good specialty coffee.The neighbourhood was calm, safe, in front of the hotel there is a supermarket.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, bed was so comfortable, spotless, couldn’t listen to any noise from the outside and the staff was so friendly! Perfect place !

A new and stylish hotel, not far from the city center.

It’s not very easy to walk to the city center, but there is a metro station just a 7-minute walk away.

We loved our stay! Nice room, comfortable beds, warm room, good shower, good food, and fantastic helpful staff. Close to bus stop and underground, and supermarkets. My daughter is currently in a wheelchair and everything was easily accessible.

We liked everything!

Everything was perfect, especially staff is very polite and professinal including nice people liek Michaelle, Daria, Anett, and Zhanett.

There is no HALAL meat there in the breakfast menu.
