it was a very clean (and prettey new hotel). The rooms were friendly, the bathroom too

no reception. u had 2 log-in yourself.When I finalized the pretty long process&passed my card, another lady came&said that the system did not work for 3 days now (her colleague should have known that!)Very poor breakfast: only muffins+selfservice!2 expens

Breakfast was great, a lot of choices available. Stuff was great and helping as well. The room was clean and comfy - big like for the bed! :) The location was also great - there is an underground station very close by the hotel, so you can easily reach any location in Vienna. There is also shopping mall and a great restaurant just a few steps from the hotel.

Location was fitting, because our company had a xmass party there. Room was OK, and clean, so no dispute there. The ease of checking is also great and quick.

Breakfast was really bad, and remains of sweets were served from our xmass party the night before. Food was not good, and pretty generic. But most of all, very unpleasant staff at breakfast. We also had a xmass party the night before at the hotel, and it was not our first one in this hotel. But i have to say, this time food was the worst, it was not great before, but this time, a pure disaster. Wiener schnitzel for ecxample was tasting like cardboard, the other meat choice had basically the same taste, actually everything tasted the same.

Its really nice and clean. The entrance is right next to the bus stop if you are coming by bus and the rooms are great.

The only thing i didnt like is the TV. It was really hard to connect to it and when you did connect the connestion was not great.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, on one side very easy to get to by car, on the other very near the metro station with easy access to the city center. The room itself was quite basic, but clean and comfortable.

The breakfast service was a chaos, a large pool of people everybody racing to a seat at the table. Also the selection of products and its quality could have been better. There is also no proper reception and no one to give you information about the hotel and amenities available, you have to do your own checkin, check out and research - this would be fine for a budget hostel, but feels a bit cheap for a 4* hotel.

Only breakfast was good. Wery dark rooms not clean. Far from center. Look for bookings extra bed is extra pay. It is not in good ☹️ you must inform customers about it.

Convenient location

Housekeeping was terrible to say the least. The beds were only made one time during our stay. The housekeeping staff would only clean the garbage bins and replace the towels. Hand wash liquid and body wash were empty and never replaced. We repeatedly communicated our concerns to the reception and their excuse was that was the Christmas holidays! The wifi in our rooms was not working. Breakfast buffet was not inclusive of muslim guests; most items served were pork. Staff at breakfast restaurant were very unfriendly, almost annoyed. Except for the gentleman chef.

Far away from the center, no coffee or tea in the room, very crowded at breakfast so a little bit dirty.

Locatition

Breakfast is a disaster—poor food selection, not enough food for all guests, and no place to sit. This is very bad for something that is paid for.The coffee machine does not work and keeps restarting. In the 30 minutes we spent at breakfast, we did not get any coffee at all, and the staff were unwilling to prepare it elsewhere. The rooms are acceptable, but they are not cleaned regularly, towels are not changed, and it is clear that the property is neglected.The official phone number listed on Booking is never answered, and emails are replied to late and with generic responses. This is extremely poor management. You should be ashamed to charge money for services you do not provide. Not recommended.

Very very bad

Extremely disappointing stay. Considering the price and the number of stars, this hotel is unacceptable. I stayed with a small child.The bathroom was extremely small, with no disposable slippers, a glass shower without a proper door (no privacy at all), and all noise from the shower could be heard in the room. There was no refrigerator and no kettle to heat water.I stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned even once. Trash bins had no bags, garbage was not collected, and towels were not changed. I had to personally ask for extra towels. Staff kept saying I had to request or scan a code for cleaning, but it only happened after the third day.Breakfast was also a disaster. I went at 9:20 AM, almost everything was finished and nothing was refilled.Overall, a scandalous experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in years.

Very clean, quet and cluse to the Metro station

Location is great because of shoping mall and metro. Rooms are vera good and clean.

At breakfast some food (Nutela) was missing. I suppose that they didn't bought enough. Waiters are not at level which I expect in Austria.

Didn’t manage to pair my phone with tv. Bit strange having separate bathroom and toilet and not having a sink at toilet to wash hands :)

Just location

Except location, I dislike everything, stuff, room, cleaning. It was terrible experience. Even though it was included sofa bed for my child, they didn’t give right room. I ask them to change but they rejected rudely. Their toilet is easily clogged, there is an obvious problem in drain system. I’ll never stay in Arcotel! NEVER EVER!

The place was very clean and staff was very kind. Loved the place. Must recommend. They even kept the luggage after checkout till evening.

Room can be a bit bigger with wooden bathroom doors.

The hotel has a very good location, with metro access within a 5-minute walk, which made getting around very convenient. The rooms themselves were well maintained and the beds were comfortable.

The room design lacks privacy and is not suitable for families with children. The bathroom doors were transparent, and the room was filled with mirrors, which made something as basic as taking a shower very uncomfortable—especially with kids in the room. It became a daily struggle.This setup might make sense for couples, but not for families. We had clearly selected children as part of our booking, so the hotel was aware of this in advance. When we raised the concern, we were told that all rooms are designed the same way.Also was difficult to locate hotel first with Google Maps from airport. It’s near to a shopping mall but was confusing. Once we got a hang of it, we found easier ways out.

Good location, good price, clean.

The room was not cleaned for two days. Breakfast was packed with huge crowds.
