The staff was great and helpful, also very delicious breakfast- the best parts during a stay. During the breakfast service was also on point. Liked the coffee machine and sparkling water. Room was suitable for overnight stay and shower, room was clean. Everything was ok but nothing special.

The last time I stayed room was noticeably bigger. Small invoncinieces during the stay (personal): No hooks for towels, only rail. No full lenght mirror. No fridge. One switch for whole room lightning (except bed reading lights).

The staff was exceptional, perfect breakfast and restaurant. Close to the railway station, 25 minutes to the center of the city.

Exceptional service, and friendless. Very easy to connect to city centre, and airport. Room is modern and clean. Good mattress.

Rom a bit small

We chose this hotel while on route to France, as a one-night stop in Wien. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. The room and bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. Although not quite close to the city centre, the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station and you can get to the city centre within 30 minutes by public transport. We arrived by car and were able to find a parking spot right in front of the hotel, although it was Saturday evening. I definitely recommend it.

The staff is extremly helpful and friendly. The restaurant is also a great choice for lunch/dinner. The room was exactly as on the pictures, the bed was very comfortable.We absolutely recommend this hotel.

Awesome breakfast! A large variety of food and beverages, including fresh juices that guests can prepare themselves.Comfy rooms, can't complain of anything. Location is good for visiting Vienna as there is easy to find parking near the hotel and a train station not a few minutes walking distance.

Wonderful restaurant lovely breakfast great room.

The room was beautiful, really spacious for a solo traveller and in a quiet neighborhood.

Location. It's near a train station but public transport to city center wasn't very convenient. It took me at least half an hour to get everywhere, most times even more than that.

It’s hard to full asleep with no aircon in a hot summer, even though a fan supplied but it’s loud, also the pillow is too low.

We were not used to the system used as air conditioning.

The hotel is nice but the room was smelling because of the drains of the sink and shower that in the same ambient of the sleeping room. the air conditioning is not so strong for warm weathers and the wifi did not connect at all in my laptop.

Requested a quiet room and they gave me a cute single unit in the restaurant garden courtyard, which I really appreciated! Short walk from a shopping mall with groceries and the train station, and only about 30-40 minutes to Karlsplatz and all the sites. Free mineral water bottle provided. Small gestures that are appreciated.

The wifi connection wasn't super consistent, probably because of being in a separate unit. Note: no mini fridge.
