There is absolutely no wifi in the hotel; it's not working, it's broken, and they don't tell you.People from outside Europe shouldn't stay here.

I really liked that it was close to the metro station (only about a 7 minute walk) and about a 5 minute walk from the tram station. So it made ie easy to move around Vienna. The room was nice and comfortable and it also included a mini fridge which we found very useful. It was also very quiet at night. And the ladies at the reception were extremely nice and always welcomed our questions and our requests. We also received every day cleaning after we put the tag they had at the door, so that was super nice too. Also let me include that they did let us in the room sooner which was very nice of them!

I won’t lie the room wasn’t the cleanest, we found a lot of dust around the room on the tables and under the fridge as well. Also my shear had a huge red stain and I asked twice the receptionists to change it and after the second time they finally did… The location at the hotel also is pretty far away from the main part of Vienna (Stephanpaltz) around a 40 minute walk, so if you want to walk everywhere I think it’s too difficult, we had to use public transport almost everyday to see the big landmarks of Vienna.

Nice breakfast, big and comfortable room, in general good hotel with good connection to train station.

Hotel, the room was good, all was good, Just when we arrived we had to wait a bit as there was only one person at the reception to serve people. Maybe more staff should be at the reception..

Great location, and a very nice room.

Staff were a bit rude.

Friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms. Location is not central but it's easy to get to the center.

The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and you can get to the center in 20 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful.

No such thing

Excellent stay totally worth the money. Just few step away from tram and bus stops. 15min walk to a railway station. Nearby supermarkets. Welcoming staff.

There was nothing I did not like

When we arrived, we were given a cheaper room that looked nothing like the one we had booked and paid for (see photos). Moreover, the room was prepared for only one person, even though we were traveling as a couple.When I went back to reception to point out the mistake, I was told that “rooms may look different than in the photos,” despite the fact that the difference was substantial. The only solution offered was to bring an extra pillow.After about 15 minutes of arguing (it was already midnight), the receptionist asked whether we had already sat on the bed or used the toilet and then demanded the room keys back. Without any explanation or apology, she handed us the keys to another room, which at least somewhat resembled the one shown on the booking page. We then had to move all our luggage again.Unfortunately, this second room was very cold — the windows were open and the outside temperature was below zero. It was also not properly cleaned. However, given the late hour, we had no choice but to stay.

The stuff was very kind and helpful

It was a little bit noisy at night. The noise was probably coming from the bathroom ventilation.

The overal experince was very good. The room is big and clean, the beds are big and confortable, maybe the mattress a bit hard for me, but my wife and daughter said it was fine. The bathroom was clean and big, hot water was coming immediately.The breakfast is nice, it has enough choices. Although some products lack quality, you can find something to start your day, there are eggs, cheese, salami, olives, some spreads, vegetables, fruits, youghourt, etc.

The sink faucet too small for the sink itself, distance too small between it and the sink, you always hit your hands while washing. The TV set needs improvement, it is too small for the room size.Breakfast : the omlette is NOT eatable. You should not use powders or whatever you are using for making it. The sausages and the meat are bad quality.

My window had street view so it was a bit noise from street,but not critical.
