The food was OK but for the number of people that were there, not enough food or stations for coffee, toast, etc.

This was a very BASIC hotel and not good value for money. I was very disappointed

hotel has a perfect location, subway entrance is right in front of it, literally less than a minute to enter the subway. I like the fact that it is a new hotel so all the furniture and etc is brand new. Room was also very clean. Kids loved the bunk beds. There is also a mall and a big grocery store in the same building (ground and underground floor) which is very convenient. Breakfast was also very tasty and healthy. The only shortage was that there were no slippers and toothbrushes in the room. Which in my mind doesn’t cost much to add. In general everything about this hotel was great.

Easy entrance to garage and to reception from the garage. Location, just in the front of the metro station. Great breakfast with fresh fruit and vegetables.

Te room is big for 4 people and you can still open 5 big luggagges wo/ clashing eo. The breakfast is tasty eventhough the selection is not that big. We are grateful that the breakfast is halal-friendly. The subway station is next to the hotel. Definetely come back in the future.

Great location in the 12th district in Vienna, right on metro line and convenient to get to the center and the airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned on daily bases and breakfast is great (with exception the last morning we’ve arrived in very busy environment due to international students group from Greece). This is our third stay at H2 hotel chains, they’re great value and for that we’re strongly recommended.

Convenient to get to the airport and center of Vienna by any type of transportation.

Rooms were big enough and comfortable. Connectivity to centre was excellent since metro station was right next to hotel. Hotel restaurant had a decent brekfast selection, but was crowded.

The location was great, next to the metro station and walking distance from the Palace. Very fancy new style all touch screens around.

Sometimes the touch screen lights and intellingent comands in the room don't work, such as the blinds and other features. Breakfast could be better and parking is 25€/day, and accross the street there is another big parking place where you can park for 11€/day.

Great breakfast.I was a bit comcerned about the bunk beds in advance, bescause I only encountered them in cheaper accomodations before, but I was pleasently surprised how comfy and good they were.Also, the garage was very convenient and the ticketing very flexible.

Although the elevator is very modern, its program is very ineffective, and I only found staircases with "for emergency only" sign, so no alternative

Daily cleaning, good breakfast, location near the metro station, Schonbrunn and the zoo!

In-person check-in was easy. The hotel has its own underground parking, but it’s very expensive at 25 euro per night. (Pro tip: park next door at the sizable Im U4 Garage for10 euro per night). Hotel is located on the outskirts of Vienna so not walkable to the center, but only a 15 minute walk to Schonbrunn Castle, and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. In addition, the subway is located right next to the hotel for easy access to all the sites. Room was modern, well-maintained, and a good size with space to layout luggage without tripping over it. A small wardrobe allowed minor capability to hang clothes. The standard double room came with two adjoining single beds, which were very comfortable, although the flat pillows were less desirable. Good, controllable air conditioning provided a nice cool sleeping environment. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging. Strong shower water pressure and good temperature with limited shower amenities provided. Excellent bathroom counter space to layout your toiletries. Excellent hot and cold breakfast served at on-site restaurant, with lots of seating available in a large room. Dinner was also available late into the night. Reception was very friendly with helpful tips and information.

As mentioned, 25 euro parking seems a bit much when the large parking garage across the street is charging 10 euro per night. Pillows are a bit flat; maybe a small selection would be helpful.

Location is amazing, Schönbrunn is a nice walk away, you have metro station right there as well.The hotel is located in a modern office building, there's also a shopping mall in the same building (remember it's closed on sundays), parking is underground, safe and your car is not in the scorching sun.

Breakfast options could've been better, pastries were limited to vanilla and raisin rolls that are tasting better in a Penny supermarket.

Hotel looks new, modern. Location next to the tube. Airport in less than 1 hour with metro+train. Old town in 10 mins with metro. Main city park wirh zoo in 20 mins on foot. Mall, restaurants on the 1st floor of the building. Staff very friendly. Possible to drop bags safely. Good breakfest.
