    Pros +

    • Great location! Very nice and clean with friendly staff.
    • Very cozy hotel, well equipped and decorated rooms.
    • Great location, very clean. Room was spaciuos and bright. Loved the breakfast (not the usual messy buffet)

    Cons -

    • Breakfast by menu, could be buffet, or have the drinks part free, it is very limited. It could even have more Viennese specialties. Even the bar was limited, without options for example of dark beer that even has some local tradition.
    • Mattress and pillow were a bit too soft for my personal taste
    • The rooms are small and do not have a lot of places to sit other than the bed. For the same price you could stay at the Intercontinental and get a larger room.

Location was perfect, staff was kind and the room was clean. We didn't get any issues during our stay.

Staff were excellent. Great breakfast selections. Nice rooftop bar/lounge. Easy to walk to most things in Vienna w/in 15 minutes, including the Belvedere, the old city, Landstrasse, and most museums. Very comfortable mattresses and beds overall. Decor of the hotel is super cute and trendy.

The rooms are small and do not have a lot of places to sit other than the bed. For the same price you could stay at the Intercontinental and get a larger room.

    Friendly fun vibe. Good breakfast.

Room ceaning was requested daily but was unreliable- some days no cleaning. Also room service unreliable- one day order was lost and never showed up.

Location was close to the subway and our favorite restaurants.

The hotel doesn’t have enough lobby space for the size of the hotel. We wanted to gather for Christmas and play cards, but there wasn’t really space for that.

Good location and close to everything. The room is really upscale but typical European small. Great rooftop!!

Nice vibe in a hotel. Overall Ok for the price you get

    - Getting someone to clean the room is a quest. Asked at 10am, no one came in until 2pm.. - The lady in a restaurant was giving dirty looks when we said we don’t have the breakfast included and would like to order a la carte.. I don’t see anything unusual in such thing, why being irritated? - “Later check out not possible at all, because it’s booked.” Was coming from the training and needed extra 20min… But I checked online and there are plenty of rooms for that day- I guess it wasn’t all booked then? :) just really rubs the wrong way when people are making things up.. so much easier to say- we don’t allow later check out, that’s the hotel policy.

Lovely hotel with a high quality restaurant. Offering especially delucious breakfasts!

Would have love to have a chair in the room, so it wasn't always necessary to sit on the bed. Would also appreciate a luggage rack , so it's not to have to work from it on the floor. But a very lovely appointed room, comfortable beds.

    Beautiful design, amazing location

Rooms are not cleaned properly, house keeping is really low quality service

The front desk staff (all of them at all times) were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Loved all of them!

The rooms were a bit small, but very functional. Everything was where it needed to be.

The style and furnishing of the hotel is great. The staff are welcoming. The room was neat and comfortable.

I liked the lobby, the room and the staff tending to my check in and check out.

The hotel is very well designed, looks like a boutique hotel (although it is huge) and I felt good coming back to it after a trip day.The coffee in the room was of relatively high quality. The room, although not spacious, was beautiful. They have a nice and large rooftop with a pool, and a very nice lobby and terrace on the street. There are many corporation events taking place in the hotel, so depending on your taste if it is a positive or a negative. The breakfast is restaurant style, so we skipped it. There's a great SPAR supermarket in the next building which is nice. The windows were locked in the room, but once we asked to open them, a maintenance guy came and opened it for us.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the old city, and not very well connected to it by public transportation, so consider it. There's a metro station at the Stadtpark nearby. The rooms are not cleaned by default every morning, so you have to state while checking in (or after) that you want it to be cleaned. They tell you that when checking in. I had to ask for more coffee from the reception.I suspect they have a bit of a cockroach problem-A small one came out of my bag when I was in another place and the day after I located a dead small one under the carpet. I didnt say anything, but it wasn't pleasant to find out.

    Reception, room, views, dinner

Swimming pool not accessible, lack of information, statement: no internet access

Hotel fine. Great location close to metro and trolleys and quiet area. Staff at desk personable and efficient. Room small with 2 suitcase but clean. Nice building with history. Restaurant didi not seem to be managed and on departure day took forever to have breakfast. Staff making coffee were friendly. Staff did good restaurant recommendations.

Room too small, did not pay attention on size, but great view. Restaurant service in morning. No one in charge.

    8ParamaPosted on: 9-18-2025

The hotel was nice and clean but rooms are small and somewhat strangely designed. Awkward bathroom and showers. It also has nothing around it, not even a cafe. Hotel food was good. The front desk and guest services staff were excellent

The hostess of the rooftop restaurant and bar was strange. Though the bar was open, she wouldn’t let us enter. We were there at 10:45 and it closed at 1am. She was abrupt and very unfriendly

    5GoodePosted on: 9-18-2025

The hotel location was nice. The views from the rooftop bar were beautiful.

We were a party of 6 with 3 rooms booked. 2 rooms were available right away. Our room was not available. We were told it would be 10-15 min. After 45min we asked again and we were given a handicapped room. The view was nice from our room. The air conditioner did not work. We told the front desk in the morning and they said there were no other rooms available and to just leave the windows open. We expressed concerns about leaving the windows open and they said they would have maintenance check the air conditioner. We were there 3 night and it never worked.
