Good hotel, helpful staff, excellent location. Thanks to the hotel staff. And Special Thanks for staff in the morning shift, all this hotel staff was very kind and cooperative.

The room was comfortable, the location was close to the city center, and the staff was extremely polite—they were always ready to help us with anything we needed

Location it's good near city center

You have to pay to store your luggage or bags. I thought it was free because I had to wait for check-in time.

Good location, 15 minutes walk into the centre over the bridge.

Very basic, feels like student accommodation.

Good location in a calm area, close to the old town. A few nice restaurants and cafes in the close vicinity. The room was clean and spacious.

The extra bed was horrible - the mattress was uneven, very uncomfortable. Almost impossible to sleep on. There were no toiletries or even glasses to drink water from in the room. This is the bare minimum one expects.

Room really cosy, comfortable beds, staff helpful, quite central only 20 minutes walk to city centre, underground/tram station on the other side of river, a large supermarket and good Italian pizzeria nearby.

Absolutely Nothing

We asked for an extra pillow and there wasn't one in the hotel, they gave it to us after a day. The room was not cleaned unless you told them.

The only good thing was the employees in the dining room.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't know about cleaning, you have to tell them to clean and change towels in your room, otherwise they won't do anything about it. The breakfast is very poor with many shortcomings.

The location was very good and convenient, with easy access to nearby places. The heating in the room also worked well and kept the space warm.

The room was in very poor condition: the bedding was covered with hair, and instead of properly cleaning or replacing it, we were only given new bedding to place over the dirty ones ourselves. The bathroom walls and doors were greasy and unhygienic, and the room lighting was very dark. The management did not take any meaningful action or show concern, which made the overall experience extremely disappointing.

The ground floor room looked like a dungeon, you couldn't see outside because of the frosted windows, it felt quite unpleasant. Completely different from the advertised photos. And the bathroom was terrible, the shower curtain was dirty and it was mounted so close to the wall you couldn't move in the shower without touching it. It felt terrible.

You should pay for luggage storage and the is no glass in room. There is economy on everything

My recent 4-night stay here was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. They went above and beyond by helping me store my luggage on my last day, which was a huge convenience since I had a late flight.The location is perfect! It's conveniently close to public transport options and an easy, pleasant walk from the city center, which made exploring very straightforward.My room was great—it was comfortable, spotless, and clearly well-maintained. I appreciated that it had everything I needed for a comfortable 4-night trip. A truly excellent experience!

Really comfortable bed, nice, clean and spacious bathroom. Lovely receptionist and cleaning staff.

The location is great, about 7 minutes to the Ubahn easily accessible. Great restaurants around the area. The staff were very helpful and flexible. Late checkouts, luggage storage, and the communal kitchen. Shower had excellent water pressure.

The elevator shut down on us twice with us inside. The first room we were offered smelled of sewage, and we had to change.
