Very cozy Hotel where you can have a Viennese experience for a reasonable price. The room was very clean and pretty. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Spacious room, good location

Dirty room, the whole building needs renovation.They charged much more on my credit card than was shown the price at the online booking. The staff was not helpful to fix the issue, so I paid much more for my stay than what it actually worth

Good location, near the metro station, close to Donau river, you can admire the views of the river. The breakfast is good.

Need hot water in winter

Location quite close to the city centre. Parking possibilities quite good especially during weekends. Food store near the hotel.

The bathroom ventilaton was realy realy noisy always when switching the light on. Couldn't use the light late not to awaken other person in the room and maybe neighbours too.Hotel needs better 'hausmaister' and renovation planning soon!

Since the building is old, there are large rooms with high ceilings. The whole place is clean. The location is quite central.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great, walking distance from all my points of interest and public transport is easily accessible. The room was clean and everything necessary was provided. Breakfast was tasty and rich.

The hotel-wide AC was rather noisy for some time in the evening, no matter what my local settings were, making it difficult to fall asleep.

It was old and dingy. They charged for water in the room. Not well kept. Ancient doors, keys. Lousy shower

The stuff is so kind and helpful. The room feels cozy and the place where is located is the perfect, close to everything.

A family run hotel of medium-small size, not far from the city centre, that offers comfort and calm at moderate cost. There is a nostalgic sense that this is how hotels used to be. Non-corporate. Solid, comfortable accommodation, pleasant public spaces (the breakfast room and bar/lounge area), a feel of spaciousness (and our room was very spacious). There are bits here and there showing that the hotel has been there for a while, but nothing not to be expected and all being managed. The breakfast is good, at reasonable cost. There are many good restaurants in any direction within about 5 minutes walk. Most appealing is the very easy connection to public transport -- tram or bus to city centre (and ongoing connections to anywhere) is 100 meters, underground to city centre and easy connection to airport trains is 150 meters.

The hotel non-accommodation amenities are limited, so no pool, gym, etc., but that is well advertised in advance, so there was nothing to not like. There has been construction work in the street outside, but that was closing down during our stay, and the noise was limited to reasonable daylight hours. It was very cold outside, but the room heating worked well.

I really liked this hotel. It’s a great value for money. Quite close to the city center, with friendly staff. The hotel is clean and warm. I definitely recommend it.

I would like to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Staff was very friendly and nice. It was cleaned. Location was perfect.

Size of room. It was little conjusted. Specially the toilet seat in bathroom. They must provide complimentary water bottles to guests and also kettle for hot water.

The location was superb. Very easy to catch public transportation or walk to places.

Having a coffee maker in the room would have been nice...

Easy transport links in to the city. Beautiful hotel which we could see is having ongoing renovations. Fantastic staff

We were situated on the 5th floor, so when the lift broke (very small, dated lift)on the last day of the stay lugging our luggage down the flights of stairs was not easy. The room was very large. We had asked for a double room but got a twin! The room could do with updating. The pillows had very little filling in them and just one pillow each. The room would have benefited from a kettle with mugs in it. Just simple things would have made a difference. It looked like a new shower with jets but it was very difficult to get the correct temperature. The handle was simple to change for the temperature but it was only about a millimeter difference between extremely hot to very cold. This definitely needs looking at

Location is great, metro station, uban line are in front of hotel. Perfect for sightsing.

Room was cold, aircondition is veri loud, no fridge in rooms. Hotel is good located but colud have samo renovations.

Didn't like thr Bathroom, showering in the bsth was'nt safe, quite slippery

Our room was next to the elevator, we were hearing it during the night, additionally there was constant noice from bathroom pipes. It was very noisy, the beds and the pillows were not comfortable, the bathroom is very small. The hotel rooms and the furniture need renovation.

It's a nice, well located hotel. A huge advantage was the spacious hotel room with a high ceiling. Everything was clean, fresh towels and blankets provided. Comfortable bed.

Lack of an even small fridge in the room. Hospitality set: water at the table was paid - it seems to be a bit outdated solution.
