The bathroom and room was clean.

The place was overpriced they should have included breakfast in room price.the air conditioning wasn¿t working properly.

We really liked the room. The wifi is excellent. Excellent breakfast. And the wonderful staff who provided the service. Very good location.

20 something euros for a 30 mins early checkin?Its a first actually ive been everywhere no hotel has ever asked for money in exchange for an early check in its either possible or not That what i Only didnt like

Location is pretty good and a short distance to central city. Room is spacious and clean

- beds were super uncomfortable, thin mattresses that was extra soft and flimsy with itchy covers - room was extremely hot- pillows were flat with no cotton or feathers. They were awful- towels are scruffy, as they’ve very dated and worn- thankfully we avoided the €24/person breakfast, as it clearly wasn’t worth it- upon our return one night we asked for waters that the hotel later attempted to charge us, which is ok but they never indicated that there was a cost with each in excess of €4. We would never spend the cash especially with a supermarket 100 yards away.- lastly we tried to do a quick load of laundry. The dryer didn’t work properly and we needed to travel with soaking wet clothes. The hotel the attempted to charge us €20 for a wash that wasn’t effective- a very average hotel, not a 4-star per Booking.com

Very large and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent. They even had a Christmas event for kids during our stay that our son loved it and it was very convenient on a vey cold day!

The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The location was close to many attractions and public transport. I felt the price point was great for the area and the amenities.

Great spot from which to explore Vienna. The room was great - quite big, much like the breakfast! I definitely do recommend.

Honestly, and I'm still confused about this - the room has a fridge with plates, silverware, glasses, etc.... but no bowl. I went downstairs and asked if I could have a bowl, and they said no. They have bowls. It was odd. Only bad part, though, I'd note.

The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, allowing easy access to all kinds of transportation, plus all of the famous tourist spots within the Ring are easy to get to on foot. The towels and bed linens were very clean.

The 4-stars for the type of accommodation we got was way overrated. Our reservation promised city views, a desk, all kinds of other facilities, none of which were available in the suite. (Some of them were listed as available from the front desk, but that's not the same). The 'suite' was quite dark, the lighting insufficient, the kitchenette under par: on very dull real knife, no drying rack, salt and pepper only on request, no 'real' coffee...

the location was excellent.near the intercontinental hotel, big park, metro stations and close to all the attractions.there is an elevator.

the air conditioning was not working and the windows could not be opened due to constraction outside.when we asked to relpace a room because of it we were turned down.the kitchen is not really a kitchen. it looks more for pictures and not for real use of a kitchen.not enough lights. there is no mirrors. no place to hang the towels.we ordered the hop on/hop off tour bus by the hotel just to later find out that we were overpriced significantly.we were charged seperately instead of a family rate although we were a family.

The location was terrific and the room very spacious for the 3 of us. Access to a washing machine at this late stage of travels was welcome.

We didn't eat breakfast there because it was too expensive for what it was, when we costed it against alternatives.

The bed. Our room had a diagonal wall that make the room smaller... and the windows was on that wall, so no street view.

The service at the reception was great—thank you!The location is excellent: there’s a supermarket nearby, it’s quite close to public transit and to Stadtpark station, and only about a 15–20 minute walk to the center.The room had double, large windows, so you don’t feel the cold weather outside.We also received a nice crib for the baby.

We woke up with back pain each morning because of the bed, and I still have it even now that we’re back home.The water in the shower was warm, but there was no water pressure.The room was fairly clean, but we found someone’s leftover food in one of the drawers, which had clearly been there for quite some time..

The location is very convenient. A block away from Stadtpark metro station. The room was big, spacious and comfortable. The windows are soundproof. The breakfast choice was also very good and it was one of the factors to book this hotel again. The staff is always very responsive and attentive to all of our questions.

The elevator for some reason have an issue when pressing the buttom for floor 1. It got stuck and was difficult to make the lift go up.

The hotel is an old building that does not represent a four-star rating. There are no recreational facilities compared to the price of the hotels nearby.
