Hotel Daniel Vienna - Smart Lifestyle Near City Centre

Dirty elevators; slow checkout (only one person at reception); noisey road

Location is convenient for train to airport and tram to city

The lobby was hectic, the elevator floors dirty and the rooms were loud due to traffic on busy road. At checkout time only one receptionist working and this is not ideal when many people in a hurry to catch flights/trains.

Good location.

* The hotel has good vibes. It is nicely and tastefully reconstructed building from the 80s of the 20th century. * The location is within a couple of footsteps from the main train station and also from the city center. The metro, train and tramway stops are literally round the corner.* Also the breakfast was very tasty and rich.* Last but not least, the staff was helpful and pleasant.

The room is nice for two people who really love each other as there is not much privacy (only the toilet is the real separate space in the room, other than that, you have to share everything).

We recently stayed at Hotel Daniel in Vienna. Although it is currently listed as a four-star hotel, in our opinion it definitely did not meet four-star standards.The location was good and convenient, which was the only positive aspect for us. However, the interior, design, and overall condition of the hotel did not reflect a four-star category at all. The rooms and facilities felt very basic and below expectations.Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not consider it a true four-star experience.

Quite cheap, centrally located, amazing breakfast and really attentive and nice staff.

The design of the room looks really nice in photos but in reality it is super impractical and borderline crazy. For example the shower is in the middle of the room (which seems to be more and more common feature), or instead of a bedside light you have three gigant lights above the bed. They’re dimmable but still make no sense.

Everything was great - location, personal, atmosphere, bakery in the hotel with amazing dinner and breakfast,nice room with everything what we need.

Lovely modern hotel, I presume it's an office conversion. Nice decor, super friendly staff, good breakfast.Located 10 mins from the main train station.It takes about 25 minutes to get to the main tourist areas.The room was pleasent but lacked a fridge.

Short walk to the city centre, with parking possibility, nice hotel atmosphere, and very kind and helpful receptionists.We have the panorama room,that is nice but itt was a surpeise that the windows can only be opened a crack. I missed the cosmetic staffs (cotton swab, cleaming cotton pads...) ,but the body cream is gorgeous. the cleaning was not perfect, some bread crumbs were rest on the floor at arriving. The breakfast is very delicious. To sum,it is a good amd calm place tó have a couple days ín Vienna.

If the Belvedere Palace is a destination you are interested in, this is the perfect place to stay. I stayed here one night, and did the Palace and walked right back to the hotel.

The pillows on the bed are a bit too soft and the bed too hard.

We picked this hotel because of the great location (5min from HBf station and close walk to the city center).

Room temperature was too high and we could not set it right (we were following instructions but thermostat wasn't working properly), and there were only big blankets and not sheets so we were too hot all the night.

Proximity to Belvedere schloss and railroad station. Clean rooms. Rich breakfast.

Just because Booking forces me to write something bad, I will tell that I didn't like the coffee from coffee machine at breakfast. It was too bitter. But the breakfast is very good, very diverse in foods.

The room was comfortable and had a hip industrial touch. A big plus was the location of the hotel right next to the Belvedere and very close to the main train station. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and very helpful.

Sound isolation was not very good. Our room was oriented towards a big busy road with heavy traffic, which made the room quite loud. Walls between the rooms could also use some more soundproofing. We could sometimes hear the guests from the room next door.

Location was brilliant, walk away from tram and main train station. Museums and parks also a walk away. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely
