Modern style and more recently renovated. Right across the street from the grocery store and tram/public transportation. Pillow/mattress/linens were comfortable. Charging outlets and lights on each bedside.
No bedside tables on either side of the bed. Due to the construction on the S lines, the location of the hotel was not ideal. It took 50-60+ minutes on public transport with multiple transfers to get to the city center (an hour and 15 minutes to get to the Wien Hbf). This might not always be an issue when there isn’t construction but that was our experience at the time we were there.
every thing was nice, the staff was so welcoming except one
when I asked for kettle he gave me an old dirty one!
I like the variation of the options that my meal has. The bed was very comfortable. Staff help me on travelling around and guidance in Vienna
The AC being on isn't very favourable. It can be chilly inside.
Modern hotel. Super friendly staff. Small rooms but comfortable beds
It’s all you need when you travel, after the long way comfortable bed. It’s modern, clean, quiet, privat and the breakfast its very nice!
Clean room, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed, WiFI worked very well. Modern look of amenities, stuff looked new too.Nice people, tasty breakfast with decent choices and good coffee!!!Basic price is very good, becomes less so if you pay the pet fee, breakfast and parking too.
The rooms are small, that results in lack of space to put your things down. No wardrobe, just two hangers to hang shirts on a big peg, no additional pegs to even hang down your jacket or bag. Very small table (one a bit bigger would still fit in). Good for a very short stay, but not so for a longer one. Street side rooms are loud in the early evening, later it calms down, luckily there are no noisy bars in the area.
Good hotel. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good, enough options.
I like fresh air, but when you open the window at night, you hear the trains very loud. The hotel is located next to a train rail.
The hotel features a modern design within a compact space. Its proximity to the train station and tram stop makes it convenient for getting around, especially since the immediate neighborhood offers little of interest apart from a couple of supermarkets and a clinic. The soundproofing is effective (we visited in January), and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a decent night’s sleep.
I encountered a few issues during my stay that I found disappointing. First, the room layout was poorly thought out. Although they advertise having a wardrobe, what they actually provide is a simple hanger with two hangers and a small shelf, with a depth of just 10 cm. This is the only space available to store clothes outside of your luggage. While the rooms are undeniably small, there’s clearly enough space to include a chest of drawers or additional shelves, which would greatly improve functionality.Another odd design choice was the placement of the nightstand in the corner of the room, far from the bed, paired with a large, unnecessary lamp. This seemed redundant given the already sufficient lighting options in the room, including bedside lights. We stayed on the 5th floor, which is designed like a cozy attic. However, the windows were located in the ceiling, making them difficult to access. We had to climb onto an armchair to open them slightly, and in such a sealed space, this became essential to improve the air quality. The breakfast was another major drawback. It was far too basic, and the dining space was inadequate for a hotel with 96 rooms. Guests were forced to queue for everything—coffee, food, etc. Additionally, there was no toaster, which was inconvenient for those accustomed to having toast for breakfast. Many items, such as pancakes and pastries, were served cold directly from the fridge, with no option to heat them. This meant eating cold bread and pastries every morning. Furthermore, the lack of variety in the breakfast menu became monotonous after a couple of days. I also missed having the option of a traditional Austrian breakfast, which could have added a nice local touch to the experience.
Breakfast! But could offer more glutenfree and dairyfree foods!Clean, nice and comfy room and lounge area at reception!
Cold rooms. Heating didn't work!Mentioned it a couple of times. They did try to fix it. I think they had technical problems at the hotel, and other rooms were also left without heating! No kettle in the room, or minibar, or fridge! No blanket!
Extremely neat, clean and despite being further from the centre, the public transport links to the centre is just a minute away. Also, the staff is extremely kind.
Well, the other reviewers wrote that the rooms are really small and that you don't have a wardrobe to place your clothes inside. Keep that in mind when booking. I did, adjusted my expectations and all was well.
The room was clean and the bathroom was comfortable
Room is too small and you don't have climate control.
Very nice place to stay. The rooms are small, but comfortable. Very good bed, very clean and calm. We heard no noise from other rooms, although there were a lot of people in the hotel.Very nice breakfast is highly recommended! Many thanks to the staff!
Rather small amount of parking places. But there is very big parking in front of the place.
Super location and so friendly staff?Near there is a city park for the car.. Thank you for accomodation
We came to Vienna for a short stay. We stayed at Greet for 3 nights, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location was slightly out of centre however the public transport was easy to use and we used it a lot to get around. Greet was lovely to stay at and I would recommend.
Nice hotel with great breakfast and overral very clean. Rooms have evrything you need, bathrom is nice and modern and rooms are quiet. Staff is also friendly and helpful
The location could be more central however due to good city transport connections you can get anywhere quite simply (especially as there is a station 2 min away for commuter train lines)
Comfortable and clean, polite staff, good location (well connected to Vienna's center by public transport). Would stay here again
We were allowed late checkout at no extra cost. Lobby is cosy and staff are great, v helpful and attentive. Hotel is few minutes walk from tram and train stations. U can get into central Vienna in 30 minutes
the street name is similar to another one a few miles away so we got lost the 1st time. Room is well laid out but v basic. No closets, no kettle for tea or coffee. Breakfast was expensive and didn’t have a single hot item except scrambled eggs that had gone cold. No restaurants nearby. Hotel rate is way too expensive considering all these negatives
