Carpet on the hall looked dirty.

Everything is great..the staff is polite,kind and very helpful..Room was great,clean..Bathroom is small tho,but very clean and very good.Breakfast was excellent and very tasty..I hope i'll be visiting this hotel again some time in future.

Beds only have one pillow for each person. That's it..Everything else was great.

The location is excellent—within walking distance of most major attractions.The breakfast is very good, with a great variety of options.The room was comfortable and clean, though it could get a bit warm at night.We really liked the hotel and would happily stay there again on our next visit to Vienna.

It would have been nicer if the room had been a bit warmer at night.

Location near trams, airport bus and metro. Great breakfast buffet included made our mornings easy. Good size room with decent bathroom and working tv. 24 hour reception was helpful.

A kettle and tea and coffee in the room would be brilliant,

Lovely big room , comfortable bed exceptionally clean throughout.Continental breakfast which was lovely . Highly recommend as in centre of city . Highly recommend and very good value .

The beds were amazing and the shower was the most powerful I’ve ever had. Simply super! The eggs were perfect and the staff helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel and room were very clean. Location is excellent, you can arrive from airport by city train and metro station is 2 mins walk away.

Room lighting could be improved.

The location was ideal, it was immaculate, it was very comfortable and it had very friendly staff!

No kettle in the room

The breakfast was awful. Not only we got sick after eating, it was quite limited, tasteless and just bad.

It's a little tired looking and the wifi was a bit spotty. Otherwise, all was good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The location was excellent, very convenient and close to everything we needed. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed daily, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was perfect, with a huge variety of options and very high quality. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was average, guy at the front was not very helpful or interested in assisting us, the girl working there the other days was helpful, rooms are older style than look in photos, smoking area directly at front entrance carries smoking smell into the hotel and lift

Nice location, classic old Vienna style, wonderful staff in the reception who managed to get a late check out free of charge!

A bit worn out, thin walls, a lot of noisy construction work during the day (not sure if that was the hotel’s fault or someone else)

I like the location very near Schwedenplatz UBahn. It’s in the inner cit6 Vienna.

We can walk to district 2 from ur location and to Stepanplatz.

Beautiful old building conveniently located in the first district. Gorgeous wooden floors and high ceilings. Comfortable bed. Well-appointed bath and glorious air conditioning. The hotel will allow you to store your luggage in a little room off the lobby if necessary. I wish we had had a longer stay!

We had a little trouble with inconsistent water temperature in the shower. I like really hot water, so it wasn’t a problem for me but my daughter is a little more sensitive.

location, breakfast, and that breakfast until 11:30 … great !!!

The location was really convinient. The room was nice and clean.

I felt that the stuff wasnt really friendly and especially at breakfast they were kinda rude.
