We liked the location, most places we visited were within a 30 minute walk of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and great that most of the food is organic. Loved the sauna!

My room whilst spacious was a little bare, could do with a rug or two maybe. Cigarette butts on the outside windowsill; probably not noticed as I imagine the cleaning staff do not expect guests to be smoking in the room.

Everything was perfect: the beautifully furnished big room, the gorgeous coffee and teas provided, a delightful breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. The location is literally just a few steps from the U3 stop 'Rochusgasse', very close to the heart of Vienna and perfectly quiet at the same time.And - communication, also before arrival, was excellent and always very friendly, with prompt replies and support. The location was very close to underground station ,2 stops to Stephansplatz.Spar /Billa (supermarket)250 meters away .Lavish size of rooms ,very neatly done ,posh decor …lovely bathroom with a tub .Good size storage …Self serviced unlimited tea /coffee and water at the reception ….kettle in the room …A good innovative option of key less entry on self online check in ,which generates E key ,gets in your apple wallet and use that as a key ,easy check out …just that occasionally we tend to miss humane touch Overall a fantastic stay ,would prefer to stay here again on my next visit at Vienna

A small, family-run hotel in an excellent location. The room is very spacious, well-equipped, and the service from the entire staff, which is limited, is simply excellent. This will definitely not be my last visit to the hotel! The place is highly recommended!

The room was impeccable: very spacious and clean. The breakfast was top notch, with many organic options available.There was absolute quiet at night, except a bit of noise from the elevator or other service facility, but it was not annoying.

Nothing: I enjoyed staying with my spouse. Only the bed duvet could have been bigger (there were two single one for a double bed).

The bed in the main room had a top mattress that was too soft and not very comfortable.

Hotel is well located next to public transport. Although there was self-checkin option only available when we arrive it was quite smooth. Breakfast was very good, with on-demand options and plenty of fresh food available - including Austrian staples. Room layout was awkward (for a hotel) but spacious - reason being that two separate buildings in which hotel is located are just regular residential buildings.

Well due to the residential nature of the building the room layout and their locations are sort of weird. This is an observation not disadvantage or nuisance of any sort. Still would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for short or longer stays.

The room was spacious, cozy and very clean. The staff were also wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The breakfast had limited options. It was a mix of buffet and à la carte, but the portions were too small.

The online check-in that I did before arriving wasn’t shown on the arrival screen until we called a manager to fix for us , but no big deal, just a few minutes delay

The hotel was located very close to a metro station. I liked the breakfast and the room was perfect because it had a balcony with a lovely view. They also also complimentary tea, coffee, sparkling water, and filtered water 24/7.
