Hahn Hotel Vienna

Nothing, really. Maybe location was OK.

We came at evening time, not to late - hotel was closed. We had to call some number on the door (why do you force travelers to dial international numbers while traveling). Safe that was suppose to give a key with the code they gave over phone, did not work. We froze outside waiting until someone finally came from the inside to let us in. Guy did not seem to care or show any kind of empathy. Room was cold. The guy did not talk English.

Reception was very warm welcome and very nice.

- Wifi was very poor. I stayed for 4 nights, but the internet can be used on the 3rd night.- Hand wash was empty and did not be replaced for 2 days.- The location was quite far from the center.

the location was convinient as it is near a mall and transportation.

I wish there was a kettle or a microwave in the room

The bed was made of two small beds, so there was a small gap between them.Also couldn't add breakfast option when I have arrived (to have the option would've been great)

For an emergency it was ok to stay there. No drinking water available and it smelled like cigarettes

No body at the recepción. I needed to wait outside late in the night until the key was delivered by a machine. While waiting outside, my Uber driver was bothering me while I was waiting to enter. The room smelled like cigarettes and it didn’t was any bottle of water.

The hotel staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable and there's a nearby metro station to quickly reach the city center

The self checkin box is flawed, and I was not able to get my key. Luckily, I was able to communicate with the hotel staff via phone and have another room.The breakfast is OK but nothing special. The room was not cleaned properly, I could see spider webs at many corners of it. Lastky, the reception is closed by 12PM during the week which makes it hard to coordinate certain things such as leaving your luggage during checkout etc.

The hotel was clean, staff very helpful, comfortable and good sized rooms, very good location, quiet and clean place. Just 5 min walk from the metro.We did not take breakfast from the hotel, but it looked good. We prefer having breakfast from other locations when abroad.Price was very reasonable.

The temperature during our stay was around 30 degrees Celsius. The AC was not cooling at all.The mattresses were a bit soft for our liking.These were minor issues for us.Notwithstanding all this, we were happy with the hotel and will certainly recommend it to anyone.

Friendly reception, good location, fair price

The location was good, the staff was nice, the room was also ok.

There were lots of spiders and ants inside the room. For the amount of money we paid, I expected to not find a spider under the pillow and ants in the bathroom.

The hotel is not in center of Vienna, but lt is near an U line. We have participated to an event at SimmCity and for us, it was perfect. We didn't have breakfast but we could have a very good coffee in the morning. Very good report quality/price. Nice place in an interior garden for having a coffee or a drink.

It was announced that there is no reception on Saturday evening, but it would be great to have a coffee on arrival. There is no coffee in the room or a coffee machine for self service.

I like how close it was to the transportation

I didn't like how the bed was a separate bed. It keeps coming apart during the night. My wife and I couldn't sleep together.

No onsite staff after midnight, no breakfast available before 8am, rooms entered from external snow covered corridor

We only stopped here for one night as we were going to a gig in Vienna. But I wouldn't have stayed longer. The room as warm, a good size and the location of the hotel is excellent, short walk to the U2 line or Strassenbahn.

Basically equipped, but spacious and clean room. Possibilities for free parking nearby.

There wasn't a refrigerator in the room.

We had no soap in the bathroom, and the double bed kept sliding away, and the cleaning lady opened the door on us in the morning. It mentioned that the balcony had furniture, but it didn't. Breakfast was already gone by the time we went down ( 9 am). I do not recommend it at all

Climatisation doesn’t work as well

My overall experience was great! I only faced a small problem with getting the key as I arrived late (in such cases, you can get the key by entering a code which you'll be given by the staff after calling them. However, in my case, my Austrian sim card wasn't functional and therefore I couldn't call them. I had to wait until someone gave me their phone to call.)After they I reached them, the staff were very helpful and super responsive.Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Although there was no 24 hrs reception they left my key in the lockbox so I could safely arrive after hours, clean room, air conditioning
