Available options for dining and activities at the place gave it a great atmosphere

The double room is great, very quiet, feels more like a hotel than hostel. Wifi worked well enough to do some work.

Location is a bit industrial, not the cute streets one would imagine in Vienna.

The location to HBF is super close so very convienient. The local metro is close too which is handy to run around the city. The beds are comfy and have a curtain which is handy for privacy. Will be staying again as a connecting local place in Vienna

The internet is a little poor and the pillows are flat. But other then that, all good

Great location to the train, local food places, a market and a mall. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. The vibe was great, it seemed like everyone was enjoying themselves which made you want to hang out in the bar/dinning hall and socialize.

the laundry room only have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, and they close promptly at 10p.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, the bed was nice and it was quiet during the night. The place has reception 24/7 and the wifi is free. The location is pretty good, the HBF is only 10 minutes by walking.

The room didn't have many windows, and the bathroom might need some renovation. And you need to bring a padlock with you for the lockers.

It has a really good social scene filled with lively youngsters working reception and the bar. This hostel is really focused on entertainment and provides a good community for backpackers but is great for people who need a place before their next journey (the central train station is within walking distance). The women’s dorm was clean and relatively quiet during quiet hours.

My pillow wasn’t changed from the previous visitor which was disgusting but it was taken care of by the amazing receptionist, Mylène. There is no designated kitchen to prepare food but there is cutlery, dishes and tap water available for free of use.

Excellent location and clear check in, shower could have been cleaner as the sink was blocked but apart from that all worked as described

I’m happy with the location and the shops around. Tube station is close. Good and fair breakfast.

The property is t clean enough, I’d even say filthy. It made me uncomfortable to stay. The bedding hasn’t been changed. It was obvious because I found some black hair in my bed whereas I’m blond. Filthy tables in the bar downstairs (all areas). The lobby is too small - only two small sofas for two guests on each. The locker on the doorbell doesn’t work. Also it’s unclear where the button is. You need to wait untill someone goes out. The lightning in the corridors and in the room is gloomy. It should be brighter at least in the corridors. They charge €2 as a deposit for the key. You can pay by cash or card. I paid by card as I didn’t have cash. They promised me to return the money on my card as it was charged from the card, but at check out they gave me cash and said we don’t return on cards. But I don’t use euro currency and I don’t know what to do with it. It was upsetting.

Everything was great, I just found the maintenance lacking. The bathroom in my room had a water leak that wasn't fixed for 3 days, and the door to the hall (second floor) didn't have a soft-close mechanism, which meant that every time someone passed through the hall door, it made a loud slamming noise in our room.

The location is close and bed is comfortable.

It is not about the hostel. But 2 people in the room who up at 5. One person even left her alarm clock ringing for almost one hour.

Excellent location

The blanket is very narrow and will leave cold spots during sleep. I couldn't sleep peacefully. The receptionists couldn't be bothered to provide a second blanket. I persisted, and they said they'd contact the manager. I never got a response.In the end one kind cleaning staff member was in the hallway, I asked him if he could give me a second blanket. He handed me one with a smile. Unfortunately that was on my last day of a 5 night booking.

The bed style was really comfortable, and there were barriers and curtains for each bed.

The location is not too close to the main central station, and we have to pay for the locker after checking out.

The hostel was near the metro station, had a lot of stores nearby also. I loved the bar area inside the hostel! I met a lot of travelers there and the people were so nice and kind.

No kitchen but I managed :)

Booked the second time for one night. Requested was approved to be under the bottom bed and away from the door. The sink on the shower were clogged so i have to wait to flow down and continue showering

Rooms nearby on the 4th floor keeps on banging their doors, loud noises, shouting without consideration of their neighborhood rooms. On the other hand, the rooms were fine and eoom mates were okay..
