The location was in a nice area, not too far from public transportation. *The bathroom with a clear glass door was great for people who don't need privacy when they go to the bathroom! Bed was so uncomfortable that I had time to think instead of sleep!*

The bathroom door was a clear glass shower door! No privacy for going to the bathroom! It also meant light in room if bathroom was in use at night. Also, the bed was really hard and the pillows just went flat when you laid your head on them.

The in-house restaurant lied about their hours and said the kitchen was closed an hour before the posted time, so I missed dinner. The staff was hit or miss with both ability to speak English and friendliness.

We really liked the place. Clean rooms, good service, convenient location with public transport.We had the opportunity to enjoy the spa services and they were good. The breakfast was also satisfactory.The staff was friendly and helpful.There is a great little place like a pastry shop where you can also have a good breakfast and enjoy the sweet delicacies they offer.Not to forget to mention, the bed were also very comfortable. My wife and I are very satisfied and would use the hotel's services again.

Quiet, clean, excellent gym and sauna,friendly staff, parking available (bit small, but still parking), value for money.

Main elevators could be modernized, but taking the stairs not bad also. No complaint!

Clean. The Duplex room that we got was nice and spacious. Had all amenities. Workstation in case you are planning to work. Complementary beer and sparkling water was provided to us. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel from where you can get to the city centre.

The room was clean

When I wanted to use the sauna, I was told it only opened after 5 p.m., so I couldn't use it. Furthermore, the room we saw in the photos on Booking.com wasn't the same; the terrace was covered by a huge pole, obscuring the view. Also, the breakfast prices were very high.

Decent value for money, good spa, large spaces, own parking. A little bit of history and personality also gives an ok feeling to the stay.

The staff was professional but not particularly friendly; at least some of them. The hotel has direct access to a nearby restaurant, but not own dinner options.

No sevice at all, no restaurant, even no water to drink, just tap water . So, for me, it's not comfortable at all

The hotel property was impressive — well-kept, modern, and very comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and design, as well as the relaxing ambiance of the common areas. The facilities were excellent and contributed to an overall pleasant experience.

Not optimal for travelling with a baby, the room was on 2 floors and the bedroom was upstairs and too narrow to have the baby cot there. So the baby ends up sleeping downstairs which is not ideal. Also the curtain there doesn’t cover the entire window so there was a lot of street lights that came in the room.

breakfast was ok, but don't be late or it'll be gone. The staff did a great job on busy days.

I usually come here in Vienna because the hotel is renovated and has all the service you need. It a wonderful quarter in Vienna and the staff is wonderful.

Nothing! A little far from the Vienna airport.

I come here from 20 years. I like the quarter in Wien, calm clean, nice rinnovate rooms, terrace, 24 hours reception, nice staff!

The only thing it is a little away from the airport, that is the airport and the hotel are on the opposite sides!

The room had enough space for us to open up two carry on sized suitcases. The bathroom wasn’t big, but it was adequate for one person to get ready at a time. The water pressure in the shower was great! We didn’t sign up for the breakfast so we have no comment about it.

The A/C system was highly dysfunctional. We would set it to a certain temperature before bed, and it would automatically shut off during the night. We would wake up sweating because it had gotten so warm in the room with no ventilation. The location is a fair distance from the city center or any of the train stations, but a tram (#38) is close by. You just have to allow plenty of time to get to the city center. Also, we were told we would get two bottles of water and two beers in our refrigerator daily. That never happened. We had to go out to the housekeeper and nearly beg for two more waters after our third night.

Location is great. Staff is super helpful and friendly: in multiple languages!
