Location, Location, Location

Our bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress should be replaced. It was like sleeping in a hammock for 5 nights. Rolling right or left on my side was a chore as I was going up hill either way. Really, this was our only beef with the place. Staff great!

This hotel is in the perfect location of the historic district. You can walk everywhere or take the Hop on Hop Off bus to see further highlights. The hotel room was immaculate and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options and good.

The location is perfect for exploring by foot or picking up transportation. The front staff is helpful and the cleaning help are superb. I almost left my sunglasses behind and the housekeeper came running down while I was checking out to hand me them. I

I did not like the two twin beds pushed together and the two separate blankets, but I know it is very difficult to find hotels in Vienna with queen or kind beds. It is a charming, older but very well maintained and gracious hotel.

Everything was superb, the only tiny thing which could have been improved was the choice at breakfast. Everything served was excellent and very tasty, just some alternative options in the warm served food area would take the ratings even higher.

Location and cleanliness, nice staff

They upgraded me from a single to a double room on arrival. Everything I needed for my stay was in my room and the front desk were more than happy to help me if I needed anything. The breakfasts were great too and same with the beautiful interiors in the common areas. It was fantastic value for money

It didn't have a gym as far as I was aware, but I spent most of the day walking, sightseeing and going to concerts and the opera, so this wasn't necessary at all.

Location was in the centre.. Quiet room Charming communal space downstairs. Really helpful staff who volunteered to help me with boarding pass printing.. A new bathroom and a rekiable shower.

Room was a bit small and there wasn't much space to unpack the case. The shower was over the bath and I had to be very carefil not to slip as I stepped in and out.

Wonderful hotel, perfectly situated, friendly and helpful staff, nice room - love the way it's furnished and decorated, good breakfast, would love to stay there again.

A bit pricey, but I guess that's expected just before Christmas

Excellent hotel. It is located just a stone’s throw from St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Very rich breakfast. Our room was very beautiful and spacious, and they also provided a baby cot for our 2.5-year-old child. They arranged our transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Westbahnhof. The only things that could be added to the amenities are disposable slippers and a smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. Of course, in any case, this hotel will be among our top choices when we visit Vienna again (very soon).

The location is perfect for touring and shopping. It is clean and very quiet. The staff is so kind and helpful and perfectly polite. I cannot praise the front desk staff enough for advice and helpfulness.

While my husband loved the firm mattress, I found it too hard. Otherwise there was nothing we didn’t like.

The bed is hard as a rock, pillows are like pancakes, lots of City noise and our heat unit made awful noises throughout the night. I barely slept.

Breakfast was excellent.The athmospere was quiet .The food was tasty especially the cakesLocation very good. My room was very good its that im not used to single room but it had all the facsilities I needed

This hotel is centrally located that visiting major tourists attractions is so convenient and walkable. The history of this hotel is unique, too!!! Mozart was a guest here....how "fun fact" is that ?? At any great hotel, rooms and cleanliness is key. But what makes an EXTRAORDINARY hotel is the staff. The front desk staff, notably Michele and Katarina, made us feel like family. They made us feel at home right away and answered our queries and offered excellent suggestions. Thank you to the housekeeping staff, the friendly and wonderful breakfast servers (excellent variety of breakfast foods,BTW), and everyone who makes this hotel a place that you would want to return to. You really go BEYOND!!!
