Beautifully presented. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Complimentary wine, tea, coffee and cakes after 1.00pm was an unexpected surprise.

Unfortunately the hotel does not have either a lunch or dinner service - a missing for a top notch hotel.

Everything was wonderful, right from the reception staff always being helpful, the decor of the place, there were complimentary refreshments in the lounge for guests every evening (some nice wine and Prosecco), the room was wonderfully decorated and cleaned, toilet was great (we love a bidet!), location was very central.

Location is AMAZING!!! Restaurants, Coffe shops, Special sites to visit all in walking distance.Subway station in close proximity.Staff was amazing , helpfull and always ready to help.

The location is excellent. The breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive. Everything was great.

The staff was friendly. The food was okay. Location is great, close to the metro. All in all a pleasant stay. I had to request a few things several times before they were taken care of.

It says they have parking and that’s why i took the room, but i found out they use a public parking that costs 49 eur per day. I decided to park further away for a more reasonable price

We had stayed here two years ago. The hotel has a fantastic location, and is well decorated, but is badly run. The staff show little interest in guests, and there is no sign of a management team. Also, there is now a disused restaurant, and no room service. It has such potential if more attention was given to guests, and the dining room was sorted out.

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this hotel, and I must say, it truly exceeded our expectations.The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local attractions and enjoy the vibrant surroundings. The hospitality provided by the staff was outstanding. They greeted us with warm smiles and were always willing to assist with any requests, ensuring a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The interior was elegantly decorated, reminiscent of the charming aesthetics found in Vienna, which enhanced the overall atmosphere of our stay.Each morning, we indulged in a delicious breakfast that offered a variety of choices. The a la carte menu was equally impressive, featuring flavorful dishes that catered to different preferences.Definitely we will visit it again.

The location of the hotel is great. Our room was very nice

We had stayed 4 days but the housekeeping didn’t change the towels during our staying.

The location and the vibe . The staff at the restaurant are nice and attentive .

The reception should pay more attention room to the guest’s request . I asked for facial tissue which was run out , she acknowledged the request but no one delivered . With this price , you can find better service somewhere else.
