Great location. Great breakfast and a comfortable room.

Bathroom design was odd for me.

The only thing we liked was that we were in city center.

The first night we were up all night sweating. The air conditioner was not working. We had already been up over 24 hours traveling and we were exhausted and still could not fall asleep as it was too hot.In the morning I went to the front desk and told them the a/c was not working and we changed rooms later in the day. Which was also a total inconvenience. The new room was a little better as far as the temperature but we were still hot. That night we came back to the room and they put a fan in the room and that helped. But we had to listen to a fan running. The manager gave me a 75 euro discount - he should have taken the first night completely off our bill.Breakfast was very disappointing. We have been to 70 countries and have never had such a disappointing breakfast.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Yes, it is right in city center but do yourself a favor find another hotel in city center.

Location is very convenient, within walking distance (approx. 25 minutes) to the city center and the Sisi Museum ?.Friendly staff, neat room, and good value for the price ☺️

Great location, easily accessed on foot and/or by public transport. Great breakfasts! Prompt service when inquiring about room problems or additional needs. Quiet area despite being right off main streets.

Lights in room/bathroom somewhat odd to access. No comfy chair. Table very small to work on, had to move room phone & change lamp position in order to gain surface. WiFi covered only a single device (mobile OR laptop). Could have used another plug for charging, etc.

The staff very attentive and friendly, the Lady at the breakfast had all meal prep ready very courteous and caring and friendly. Rooms cozy and clean.

Every year, I travel to Vienna for an international scientific conference, and for many years now I’ve always stayed at Alma Boutique Hotel. I’ve never considered changing because it has never disappointed me. They treat me like family and are always incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent and complete. As far as I’m concerned, I will never stay anywhere else in Vienna.

What I love the most is the peaceful atmosphere: the hotel has only a few rooms, it's quiet, and there’s a real attention to the guests’ needs. It’s a place that truly allows me to recharge — I can work, rest, and feel well. The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent and complete.

The breakfast was truly lovely, as was the staff who managed the breakfast. This is a small hotel, not posh in any way—rooms were more akin to a motel 6 level in the US.

The room set up was awkward. Decor is very dated. Unexpectedly disappointed given the rating and photos.
