Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. And the beds were very comfortable!

Great location, nice breakfast, and a very nicely decorated hotel with a Vienna's old glamour atmosphere. The staff was nice and welcoming.

It wasn't clean. We got a beautiful room on the ground floor near the reception; however, one night we were awakened by the dishes prepared for breakfast, and the other night by loud banging noises on the adjustment room door.

Beautiful room, quiet, (except for some construction during the first day we got there jetlagged ) with a fabulous breakfast and a great value for its location in a lovely neighborhood not too far a walk from the museums. Also, they were able to get us into our room much earlier than promised, which was a real bonus arriving from the year pretty jetlagged.

Night staff a bit less helpful than the fabulous daytime staff

Staff very friendly helpful, breakfast amazing. Staff always present. They had everythingnwe needed. Room was very cute and very spacious. A quick 5min tram ride straight to the museum quarter. Walked everywhere

Bed was quite small, bathroom was flooded everytime we showered as the glass panel didn’t fit snug to the wall, runoff from the wash basin was slow

Bathroom with a mirror cell. A nice corner for a reading nook with a lamp. Big embedded wardrobe.

We were in Vienna to visit friends so the location was good for that - and a short walk to many famous Vienna sites. The heating was good

The shower tub was hard to get in and out of and the wall fitting for the hand head shower was broken. It was not fixed despite us reporting it (but it was the holidays so maybe not possible.

Good location, walkable distance from everywhere in the city. Very clean,great staff always on call to help if needed.

The location . And above all Sara at the reception & the ladies at the reception who helped us with the luggages.

We were a group of 5 ladies over 60 . When we arrived we found about 20 stairs to climb ( no lift , no ramp ) with our 7 heavy luggages . No help , no housekeeping ( they left ) . So Sara helped us holding these luggages till the entrance & then there was the lift . Housekeeping was very poor unfortunately.

Location is great for seeing the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were older but still very nice and clean.

Bathrooms are a little old but still decent.

Great location with easy transportation links to get you around the city. Lots of restaurants and bars in close proximity offering lots of options.

The over the bath shower in our room was located in an awkward position and not that easy to use.

We liked the location as it was close to restaurants, shops and the attractions.The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The bathroom only had a bath. We would have preferred a walk- in shower.A wardrobe would have been nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel felt homely and welcoming. There was a good choice for breakfast with cereals, yoghurts, pastries, eggs and bacon. The rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there!

We didn’t feel the rooms were as they looked in the pictures, which surprised us but we were still happy with it.

The location is great and the design is really pretty. All the antique furniture was really cool.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Even my husband slept poorly every night we were there and he rarely has trouble sleeping.

Polite staff

Not clean room, especially the bathroom with hair everywhere, bathtub and sink pipes were a bit clogged so water did not go down normally but slow, no heat in the room with 2-3 degrees outside, mattress not good, caused pain in my back. For more than 200 euro per night when I stayed, this is unacceptable.
