Müllner Smart Hotel Wien I Self Check-In

The accommodation was great. The location is a bit further from the city center, but it’s very nice and quiet. By tram, you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes.

Floor not clean They don’t change linens or towels for 3 days and when we asked they don’t respond

Proximity to public transportation

A bit too warm in the room. The stay was in December but still a bit warm so we had to leave the window partly open.

I had no breakfast,but there is a Café not far away. The Pizzeria in the same hotel is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly. It's my favourite hotel in Vienna

I was really content

The room - spacious and good for a short stay. The staffs - really helpful especially the ones that were working at the restaurant. The location - it is very peaceful since it is an hour away from any tourist attraction.

The hotel rooms were decent and close to public transit. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs.

No onsite parking. The entire hotel could use a good cleaning. No fans or AC in rooms so had to leave the windows open and bugs came in at night and would bite you in your sleep.

Room was clean, smells fresh. It was very close to public transports , and no matter which hour outside was pretty safe

It doesnt has fridge. If it had a fridge that would be 10 out of 10. Because when I buy something from market, gets bad quickly. So you either buy from restaurant ,which has good pizzas in good price, that located entrance of the building, or eat somewhere else

Bathroom was so nice and lightful. The staff of the restaurant on the ground floor helped us a lot. Whatever we needed they provided without any payment. At last, we could keep our luggage at the restaurant until the flight.

There was no fridge, so we could not keep any meal or beverage cool in the room.

It was clean and very tidy. No complaints. Everything was great. They really take good care of their guests. Coffee, tea, water. Super clean towels. The restaurant downstairs was great with delicious pizza and great service. Thank you for your hospitality. We will back again for sure.?

Nice and cozy hotel! Quiet and nice neighborhood. 3' walking from tram station and 15' to center. Below rooms there is a nice Italian restaurant with delicious food! Clean rooms with soft beds. A really nice experience.

The accessibility of the accommodation is very good. There were parking spaces in front of the building, although they were paid, as everywhere in Vienna. The size and equipment of the room were good, there were sheaves and tea in the room. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is tidy. I'll be happy to stay here next time.

There is a restaurant at the bottom of the building. Some of the staff also live in this hotel, they were a bit loud at night, but not too bad.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.The location is calm, safe, and has a very good transportation.The room is spacious, well-equipped and super clean.Everything was perfect, 100% recommeneded.

Everything was very clean and welcoming, we had water, coffee pods for 3 days (6 in total) even milk and sugar, plus tea as well. The staff from the restaurant that gave us the key were lovely and nice. I really enjoyed everything, would stay there again!
