Nice location and free tea downstairs

Shower didn’t feel fully clean. Also the TV is not smart and couldn’t be used

The room was very simple, very good breakfast. Location is also fine, about 20 minutes from the city center.

Everything is very basic, the hotel design is quite outdated. There was no fridge in the room.

It is great location, only few tram stops from the center. The ratio between quality and price is great. Definitely recommend. Breakfast was good, enjoyed it. It is in a quiet and nice neighbourhood, was nice and safe walking in the evening.

Friendly staff, good location not too far from the centre, nearby trams. Decent buffet breakfast.

The breakfast,staff and location was fantastic it was a very convenient,especially during the Christmas season. It was a well sized single room

I would suggest that they have complimentary water in the rooms as this was not available.

The breakfast was nice, and the location is good. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center or around 10 minutes by tram. The nearest tram and metro stations are within a 3–5 minute walk

Staff: The woman at the reception was quite rude when we arrived. I expected the receptionist to be helpful (first time in Vienna) but instead we didn’t even feel comfortable speaking with her during our stay.Room, cleanliness, furniture: The room was more or less OK but some areas (especially near the radiators and in the toilet) looked like they were not cleaned for a long time. The furniture is old. The toilet is small.But the worst issue was the smell in the room. I did not expect such a strong and unpleasant odor coming not only from the bathroom (!) but also from the wardrobes and even the cloth inside them. We had to keep the windows open whenever we were in the room! So we spent as much time outside as we could

In the room, there is nothing except a bed, a chair, and a bathroom. There is not even a kettle.

Property had everything you could need but the outstanding feature was the staff. They could not have been more helpful or obliging. Eric

No real dislikes. The shower over a bath not really designed for over 80's but ample handles to hold made it safe

I booked room with 25 sq.m. However actually I was placed in a room with a smaller area. Notwithstanding this, we enjoyed our stay.While using the shower in the bathroom you should set it to low power, otherwise the water starts coming out of the drain, near the sink. We figured this out and it no longer caused us any problems when using the shower on low power:))))

Very basic accomodation and room. Location acceptable, tram to inner city goes from 200m. Breakfast ok, more veggies could be included in the buffet.

Bed maybe a little too worn out to be comfortable. Also bed being by the wall (single room) limited comfortable sleeping positions. Bathroom piping quite noisy, one can hear every time someone flushes the toilet.

The price was very good, including breakfast. The staff was very pleasant and everyone tried to help if needed. Cafes and restaurants near the hotel.

You need to get to the center by transport.
