Pros +
- Nice big room, good breakfast and very good location
- Great location. Spacious rooms. Hospitable staff.
- The location is perfect. I booked a room without breakfast. So I was relocated to another building, but it was just around the corner. It’s still very close to everything. I’ve arrived very late due to flight delay and the staff gave me clear instructions for check-in and check out.
Cons -
- The staff member who answered the bell was rude and aggressive from the start. I was sent to a neighboring building with unclear instructions. No solution was offered, and we were forced to book another hotel in the middle of the night.
- It was really cold in Vienna when I traveled and it seemed that heater could properly keep the room warm.
- Except for squeaky floors everything was great.

A small guesthouse with an excellent location, friendly staff and a truly Viennese atmosphere.
Except for squeaky floors everything was great.
The *location* is just *perfect*! There are some really amazing restaurants within 5min of walk. Most of the tourist spots and pick up spots for day tours also under 15 min walk. Metro is also just 2 min of walk. Literally across the street. The room was also super spacious and had vintage vibe to it.
The breakfast menu is just Okay. It can include more variety specially when it comes to warm food.
Breakfast was amazing. It was like a giant cheese plate, with endless choices of cheese, freshly baked goods, dried fruits, fresh fruits, vegetables, cold cuts, caprese salad, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals, and more. There was a machine that makes espresso drinks, several tea and juice options, and oat and cow's milks. Excellent location within walking distance to several sights and public transportation.
It would have been nice to have been in the same building as the check-in office and the breakfast. Also, we were there in late December, and the prices were significantly higher than those posted on the hotel's own website.
The location was awesome! The room was nice and the bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast was decent, staff was great! Staff was able to show us the entire property and for sure next time we are staying in their adjacent building. They have really great looking room options there. Again, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
I stayed directly across from the kitchen prep room and unfortunately in the mornings it's not conducive to sleeping in, as a light sleeper, it was not the right location. For my wife the bathroom was small for her as there was no place to store any of her bathroom accessories.
Location and time the size of the room.
No kettle in the room to make a cup of tea.
The location is great, the room is big and clean. It was also quiet and during my stay I didn’t hear any noise from the outside.
There was nothing that I did not like. If I have to point out something, it would be that the view from the room is average. It’s not bad, just average. I wouldn’t say this is a problem at all though.
The rooms were big, old, and beautiful! Lots of charm. Near public transit and in the museum district. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
Bathrooms smelled a bit like sewage initially but we left the doors opened to the bathrooms to air them out and that helped.
Location is very good, our room was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very nice.
Nothing major. The room had a slight smell when we enter so would recommend to air them properly. Also it can be too hot (and it’s the same with many hotels) so maybe don’t have all radiators on full when guests arrive.
I had a great 3 night stay in Vienna, top location, u-bahn and museum quartier are close to hotel, comfy room with great wc and shower.
Location is absolutely fabulous. If you’re planning to explore Vienna mostly on foot, this is the perfect place to stay. There are so many lovely cafés and bars around, and all the main buildings and museums are within a ten-minute walk.My room was in the second building and the entire stay was based on self check-in, which I actually loved. All the instructions sent in advance were very clear and easy to follow. The only time I interacted with anyone from the hotel was when I needed a pen — which says a lot about how smoothly everything worked. The room itself was surprisingly spacious for a single room, with a queen-size bed, stylish furniture and a very cozy atmosphere. It was actually so warm that I had to open the window and turn the heating down. The free coffee and tea machine in the common area is also a really nice bonus and made the stay feel even more comfortable.
One small thing to keep in mind is that it can be a bit noisy at times. If sound easily disrupts your sleep, it’s a good idea to bring earplugs. The noise doesn’t really come from the street, but rather from occasional neighbours and general “house sounds” that travel through the door. On my first night I even thought I might have left my door open, because it wasn’t immediately obvious that the doors don’t lock mechanically but instead use an electronic lock through the app.
Central, easy access to everything. Room was clean. Check in check out extremely smooth.

The location was excellant walking distance to the U3 metro, all the museums and some attractions.
The hotel was a little disjointed with some rooms in one building and other rooms in another part of the building. We saw guests in our building walking along the street with their breakfast to get from one building back to their building.
Great location, spacious accommodation, walking distance to most attractions and lots of good cafes nearby.
The location and the lady at the reception at night.
One particular male staff during breakfast time who had no patience for guests.
The rooms are located in a great area. However, it’s a very old building and the rooms with old furniture and. It very clean. Staff is ok.
It was bot clean enough furniture super old.
