Pension Opera Suites I Self Check In I AC in all rooms

Historic building, high ceilings, large windows. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to see and do. Close to historic and cultural sites, museums, churches, shopping, dining and plenty of nightlife. Right on the pedestrian mall.

Apartment is on the pedestrian mall which means minimal traffic noise but comes with the usual late night patrons leaving restaurants and pubs. It didn't really bother us. Taxi/Uber will need to pick up and drop off at the intersection, a very short walk.

The location is perfect, just by the Opera and very close to everywhere. The room has a kitchenette and it’s absolutely sufficient for a short stay. There is also a coffee machine and capsules, slippers and everything.. The bed is comfortable.

The furniture was really dirty at least that in our room, needs to be washed or changed. There forgotten socks under the sofa and also other staff.

The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. Check-in was quick and very easy. We were welcomed with a lovely welcome message, which was a very nice touch. I especially appreciated the small touch of being provided earplugs for a peaceful night’s sleep, as it can be a bit lively in the city center. The room was beautifully decorated in an Austro-Hungarian style, and the view was excellent. A wonderful place to stay.

The location!! It is absolutely perfect for a weekend break. Walking distance to everything. The place is very clean and little treats left for us. You self check in with codes.

The location was great for what value and we only needed what was there. Simple hotel with a good price.

The bed was't particularly comfortable specially with the two beds attached so there was a gap between one. The pillow had 2 different heights and mine was too low. I asked for bed making and towel changes but they only tidied up the sheets and only one towel was changed. So not having reception directly was quite of annoying.

Perfect location. Efficient, problem-free access for entering and leaving the property. Wonderful, elegant, comfortable, tranquil, and spacious room, with every comfort and facility we could need. Room also cleaned every day, and free access to top-up supplies of tea, coffee, milk, and other essentials.

The location, interiors are great.

The shower cabin needs to be replaced. It’s in bad condition.

Great location, spacious and comfortable room, with everything you need. You can reach many of the big attractions by foot.

The elevator is small, but good enough for one person with two suitcases.

This property is located on a “walking street” that makes it very convenient to the old part of the city. Located within a stone’s throw of the Opera House, (which gives you a reference point for locating it) it is in the heart of the action and sights. Taxi stands are also close if you need transportation to the airport after your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable with high ceilings and a cozy bed. There was even a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Our room faced the street, but thanks to the double-glazed windows, we didn’t hear any noise at all. The self check-in process was smooth and easy. The location is incredibly central — perfect for exploring the city. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely choose this place again if I return.

The only downside was that early check-in extra charged just for 2 hours, and unfortunately, they didn’t offer to store our luggage either. We had to carry our bags around until 3 PM, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was excellent since it was relatively close to major sights and shopping. Parking was available relatively nearby. The room was simple but elegant. The bathroom had a good bit of room and it was modern. The A/C was very good during the summer.

Great location. Lots of areas walkable and public transport 2 mins away. Very comfortable bed and nice big room.

The location is perfect in the middle of the town. It was very clean. One of the most cleanest places I ever been and will prepared the AC was on and that give us extra comfort. The worker are friendly, easy check-in and check out using a password.

So comfy, all the amenities, and honestly the best location I could imagine. So close to the museum quarter and a pretty short walk down the street to the innere stadt. I also felt really safe having my unique room code. Highly recommend for solo travelers

Location was great, the room had a fridge, a coffee machine and a water cooker. We were nice surprised finding ear plugs :) The air-condition kept the room cool. The location was a real game changer - a lot of attractions are in walking distance which was extremely convenient.

Well - I think the ear plugs would not be necessary if the windows were better. Anyway the noise from the street was not a problem and we could sleep well. The air-condition was good, but we had impression it was working more less the same regardless of the setup temperature. We stayed only 2 nights and only in the last evening we tried to tweak it a bit, so it was not a big issue.
