The bed was horrid for a property of this standard.Visible bathroom mold, which was somewhat cleaned at our request
Perfect location but we had an unpleasant experience with the room. The first day had no hot water and the bed was as hard as a rock, but they accommodated us the next day with a room change and it was much better. For an experience like this, I would say it was too overpriced.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Wien in Vienna. Everything was superb from start to finish. The location is excellent, very central and convenient, and the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are truly exceptional – without a doubt one of the best teams we have ever experienced. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring.A very special thank you to Chief Concierge Mr. Walid Marouf. He is absolutely outstanding. His help and recommendations were incredibly helpful. He was always available whenever we needed him and made everything easy for us. He is truly a star ⭐️We would also like to thank Mr. Yazan at reception. His warm smile, positive attitude, and willingness to always go the extra mile made us feel truly welcome and at home. The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. The gym is lovely and well equipped. Everything was just perfect. The most wonderful team – we will definitely be back.

Location
No kettle in the room, very less water bottles, lobby disappointing gave a vibe of a 4 star hotel
Very central yet quite and easy to reach Spotless rooms and bathrooms with grandiose feel
The location Breakfast Cleanness Comfort
Location is excellent, within walking distance to all museums, historical sites, and cathedrals in the inner circle. Very close to public transportation for palaces outside the inner circle. Breakfast offered abundant buffet choices and excellent hot choices from the menu. Everything we had was delicious. The room was clean, large, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
Although it didn't bother us and we loved the deep tub, if you have mobility issues the tub/shower combo might be difficult to get in and out of. There are multiple grab bars for safety.
What a beautifully appointed hotel! Excellent service, comfortable and spacious rooms and a perfect location
Front desk was a big help navigating public transportation. Great location. Great breakfast.
Excellent location vey central.Room was not cleaned very thouroughly. Saw room maid wiping coffe cups with a dirty bathroom cloth. Brekfats was very good. It did strike me as rather odd though that all window tables were alwyas "reserved" no matter what time one went for breakfast.
Noisy refrigerator in room. No plugs available for a laptop or charging the phone.
So glad I booked this hotel. Room was gorgeous; from the 18th century style furniture to damask covered walls, the balcony on the boulevard, to large marble bathroom with huge tub , big enough for tall people! Halls were in great shape.Everything very clean...Comfortable beds, with amazing real down pillows.Very glad I upgraded to boulevard view . Two sets of French windows and inner Window were thick sound proof double pane. Service was excellent and attentive, from lobby to dining area to room service. When breakfast was busy, other noticed you waiting and jumped in to seat me quickly, always got an apology for any delay at breakfast in sitting or order arrival. Huge perk that extra items at breakfast like omelettes are included on a extensive menu of options in addition to the buffet. So you never have to eat pre-made non fresh eggs or pancakes! Always excellent fresh made hot food, included in breakfast price. Great value. Roomservice fantastic personalized service... he remembered what I ordered from day to day, and even asked about uneaten or undrunk items from day before and made up for it with little extras next day. Helped into cab with bags for departure, felt like a princess well cared and safe from start to finish. Excellent for solo female travel.
Inner rooms look on mall
BREAKFAST GOOD BUT OTHER RESTAURANTS SUCHI OR A VERY ESOTERIC RESTAURANTS WITH A MENU THATREFLECTS THE MOOD OF THE CHEF ON ANY GIVEN DAY. VERT EXPENSIVE AND NOT VERY GOOD>
RESTAURANTS.
Lovely property great location
I called concierge twice for a restaurant reservations and never got a call back even when someone picked up the phone and said they would call back in 5 minutes Also our door was not locking properly when leaving -we had to swipe out card , lower the handle and then really pull on the door to lock it . This happened the 2nd day not the first which was strange Someone at front desk said they would look into it
Breakfast was great, the balcony was a real treat, beds were comfy, and the bathroom was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The in-house Japanese restaurant is superb. Location couldn't be more central.
It is very expensive for the level of luxury. We had to get help opening the balcony door - and the handle fell off! Overall, the hotel is grand but a little tired. A nice, comfortable stay for one night, though.
Great location with nice lobby and afternoon piano performance. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great!
The rooms and the furnitures are quite old and need some upgrade
Amazing location and classy vibe. Shout out to Ahmed in the bar! He was so fun and offered the best service!
Great location, basically in the heart of the City - 200m from Opera House. The staff was very helpful.
Basically nothing...
