Very friendly helpful staff. Was able to leave luggage before check in time and after check out time.Excellent location for Chritmas markets and main tourist attractions.Excellent value for money.

Would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but they were available on our floor.

Location is excellent, next to the famous Mariahilferstrasse, at the downtown end. Price was also very low, due to some early-year discount, so a great deal.Thanks to booking.com Genius program, I also had a free breakfast.

Bathroom, while very clean, also a bit small, especially the toilet. There were some loud noises, apparently coming from the heating, during the night.

Great location. Centrally located but on a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Coffee and tea station was open for free to everyone. Very friendly staff, especially Farshad. He went above and beyond trying to make my stay comfortable.

Noise/sound isolation. I could hear the people next door quite loudly.

The bathroom had very very bad smell probably from toilet backdraft (either way,very unpleasant for the first few hours,we had to open all windows)Entry doors and bathroom doors had troubles staying closed,we had to push with our hands to lock the door.No sound proofing between room and hallway,people talking and closing doors were clearly heard...especially bad during night when we were sleeping and someone banging their door and talking at 4 in the morning.Overall i have to give a bad rating of 2 "Very Poor" because i am dissapointed,this is a 8.3 star review hotel...maybe this is just one time unlucky room with the smell and very noisy neighbours but still...the smell wouldnt be there if someone just entered a room a few hours before and the noise wouldnt be there if there was better insulation.

Great location. Very near to Spittelberg and Nashmarkt. Very friendly staff. They are very helpful. Room is spacious and well equipped.

No kettle in room. You need to boil the water in pantry. (no need to wait).

My experience was terrible. The internet simply does not work, and the staff clearly do not care about that—or about you. You are completely disconnected from the world.The most absurd part was this: there is no minibar in the room (which is already bad), but when I asked about water, the employee told me to take a glass and drink the water from the bathroom. At that point, I almost cried in desperation. It is disgusting, unacceptable, and unbelievable.I tried to buy water in the lobby, and once again I was told, “get it from the bathroom.” This shows a total lack of respect for guests.Horrible. Disgusting. Awful. Not worth it, not even for the location. Do not stay at this hotel.

Friendliness of staff especially receptionist

The elevator was not at reception level. You either had to go up or down some steps when you stop with the lift which is not so convenient with the luggages. Extractor in the bathroom is always on.

Everything was how it suppossed to be, the location was perfect and it was clean, the staff was very helpful ❤️

The location great. You can get the S-baun to lots of different areas around Vienna and they run very often. Breakfast very good and room was warm considering the weather outside. Reception friendly as well and helpful.

2 single beds placed together to make a double bed.

The Hotel was very clean, Warm with very friendly helpful staff. You get free access to a room safe ! which the rest of Europe could take note of! Within easy 10 min walk of Museums etc

Found the bed/pillows uncomfortable and would have loved to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Clean room, I stayed at 3rd floor and I got hot water for shower in seconds. Stuff was nice, asking to all my questions. Breakfast was good.

If people are loud you can ear them in your room. But this applies to almost any hotel..

I was very pleased with my one-night stay in Vienna. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful.

The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortably warm. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this location.

Exceptional reception staff, very helpful and excellent recommendations. Edgar to do as much as possible to make the stay better. I would recommend.

Noisy - thin walls and doors so I could hear everything. Rude guests no respect for coming in at 2am very loud.

Good location, nice staff, decent breakfast and clean rooms.

Some extra shower gel, the amount given is ridiculous for two persons. And maybe some extra pillows in the room.
