The staff and reception were delightful.

The rooms need remodel. They were clean but a little run down, missing baseboard, need paint, etc. However, still clean so would stay again.

Advertises 24/7 reception but left me outside in the street. No one answered my rings or calls! Does not answer the messages on booking because they know they just scammed you. I DEMAND MY REFUND

am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Before booking, I clearly informed you that we are three adults and that we needed a room suitable for three people — specifically with one large bed and one proper extra bed for an adult (23 years old). You confirmed that this would be arranged.However, upon arrival, I was given a very small room, and the so-called “extra bed” was nothing more than a small sofa, completely unsuitable for an adult. The room itself was extremely small, the bathroom door was defective and would not close properly, and the overall cleanliness of the room was below expectations.I feel completely misled by your promises. The quality of the room and the service provided were far below what I paid for. The price was absolutely not justified for such poor conditions. I consider this a dishonest and disappointing experience, and I would never recommend your hotel to anyone.I expect a clear explanation and compensation for this misleading and unsatisfactory stay.

Location was excellent.

The Hotel was on a single floor in a large commercial building. Hotel was more like a basic Pensione and not quite what we expected. Rooms were pleasant but basic.

Good location. Our Junior suite was nice and spacious.

From the photos it looked like a big hotel. But it is small and situated in the 3rd floor of a commercial building. You have to walk in through the entrance on the ground floor and negotiate 4 steps to get to the lift which is labeled 1 but goes up 3 Flloors. The reception door is locked and you have to ring the bell for the receptionist to open the door. The junior suites are in a different part of the floor so when coming in for breakfast you have to ring the bell to enter the reception and breakfast area. We waited 5 minutes as the receptionist was also assisting with breakfast and could not hear us (we were told later on the bell was not working.). This was frustrating. If you are coming into the building after 10pm you get a key to unlock the front door in this mixed use building. So in total we had 4 keys including the key to access the wing of our room, the room key and the safe key.

nice hotel in the one of best neighborhoods in Vienna. Easy check in and check out. The hotel offered parking nearby with a great discount. subway was next block, very easy to get around the city.

Responsiveness of the staff. Very helpful Breakfast was lovely. European style and sufficient.Peaceful and quiet

Toilet needed some repair. Shower head needed repair. It was an adventure when taking a shower Pillows were very tired.

Room is surprisingly pretty modern and clean. Good location although Mariahilfstrasse at night sometimes can be little bit suspect

The hotel can be a bit difficult to locate

Breakfast very good. The family who runs the hotel are exceptional hosts

Lots of noise from the street all night

small, comfortable pension near the historic centre and next to the underground train. i was expecting a larger hotel, but it's actually only one floor. the room was comfortable, the bathroom rather narrow.

based on the provided facilities the price seems a bit high. same for the breakfast.

I'd say it was very good overall. I especially liked the hotel location and the room (its cleanliness and spaciousness).

The Wi-Fi was really bad. It kept disconnecting. There was no breakfast offering. And it can get a bit noisy outside in the Mariahilferstrasse after midnight, if that's something you're concerned about.

Location

The third bed was hard. We stayed Sat and Sun nights. Lots of street crowd noise Sat night and street cleaning/trash noise ~0500 Mon. It was too warm to shut the windows. We asked for the remote to the mini split air conditioner in our room, and told that the air conditioners would not be turned on until 25*C.

Good.location,direct on Mariahilfer str, , it was comfortable, apartment has a kitchen, but we didn't use it.

Breakfast could be better, just basic things available.

Nice, clean, good position for metro rides, on one of the main streets for shopping...

For 4 of us, room was little bit too small, outside the hotel on the street during our stay were construction works early in the morning

Great location, clean room, not too expensive!

There is no real windows in the room, no view and little natural light.

Located right on Mariahilfer strasse, easy to visit the city by foot from the hotel

Small room, bathroom could use a makeover, access a bit difficult. During our stay there were construction works on the street which made everything very noisy, but i presume it would be very noisy anyway as it is located right above the main street which is busy all year round
