Comfortable spacious apartment in the best part of town

There is a club downstairs that plays music late at night, so be prepared with ear plugs

Dissatisfied

I did not like the carpets. They were very dirty and need to be changed. The toilet had a very bad odor too.

The location of this apartment was fantastic. It was a 10 minute, easy, walk to the Hofburg Palace. There was a U station at the corner of the building that made getting around extremely quick and efficient. The apartment itself was spacious and well appointed. The smaller bed had an ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom was in the hall. There was a separate toilet and sink room from the shower and sink/vanity room. This really accommodates multiple people getting ready for the day. The WIFI and heat worked well.

Because of the location of the apartment on a major intersection, there was a lot of pedestrian and street noise. It is advised to bring ear plugs if this background noise may disturb your sleep. The ensuite bathroom has two full length frosted window panels into the bedroom. This poses a problem if one person uses the bathroom during the night because it lights up the bedroom due to the frosted glass. Again, not a deal breaker unless someone is a light sleeper. Also, the smaller bedroom does not have a hanging rack for clothes. There were two hangers in the room to be used on a fashionable wall with pegs for draping one's clothes. This room is best for a single traveler.

The location was fantastic. It made getting around to all the spots I wanted to hit simple by walking or train.

The rooms are located above an all night club that plays very loud techno music. The patrons also stand outside until well past 6:30 am talking while they smoke which made it difficult to sleep.

Spacious

It looked good on the photos but they don’t warn you about the unbelievable noise throughout the night. 3/3 nights we got woken up by screams from the outside because the apartments are placed directly on top of a night club. All sorts of intoxicated people are outside the purely decorative windows that offer no sound isolation. When you wake up from the screams you realise your bed is vibrating from the beat in the club. We checked out on Sunday at 10 am and the club was still open and there were drunk people in the apartment building and the beat kept going. I can’t believe it’s legal in Austria to have a residential apartment on top of a club. And mind you, the club was there when they decided to make these apartments. Maybe some of them are not so bad, don’t know, the host just said they can’t do anything about the noise.

Location is excellent

One toilet for 2 bedroom apartment is difficult if more than 2 persons are staying. Plus the entrance is just next to the night club entrance

The location is perfect, almost every landmark or museum is walking distance. Even if it isn’t, there are many public transport options available nearby so getting there from the airport is super easy. Also the supermarket is really convenient for grabbing some food to eat at the property. Amenities were good. The bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. We were able to drop off our bags when we got there (11am) before the check in time (3pm) thanks to the person in charge.

An awful mess

The apartment was dirty upon arrival — there were stains all over the carpet and curtains, the walls were visibly dirty, and the place reeked of smoke and dust. I reached out to management right away and was told that someone would come by the next day to clean. However, no one ever showed up or followed up with me. This is really disappointing, as the apartment should’ve been properly cleaned and ready before check-in. I’d like this issue addressed as soon as possible — either by having the place professionally cleaned or offering another solution.

Location was great. We walked to Karlskirche, Belvedere Palace, Sisi Palace, Vienna City Museum, Opera, St. Stephens Church and more and took the Underground 6 stops to Schoenbrunn Palace. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Vienna City Museum was a little known gem.

Clearer instructions on the address and how better to get there, e.g. entrance next to Sass Music Club (see on Google Maps), across from the Karlskirche Underground, just 2 stops on U4 from the City Airport Train

The location is quite good, close to metro, tram and busses.Supermarcet and multiple restaurants less then a minute walking away.

We did hear noise from the club downstairs. Its also very busy infront of the building. There is a buss stop right infront the door, with people waiting for flexbus.

We loved the location and ability to walk to all of the central sites as well as the excellent access to public transport. The apartment itself was a comfortable accommodation. The air conditioning was excellent during hot days however it was a bit weak in the bedroom but there was a fan provided that did the trick. Small kitchenette was handy for breakfast and light meals. Shower was excellent. We also enjoyed the balcony.Communication from apartment manager was friendly and timely.No major issues and we would stay again if returning to Vienna.

Overall the apartment was clean but carpet could have been cleaner as there were bits of dust and small stains.

Location

Bad Smell of the entrance cuz of the restaurant.Tiny elevator.No AC.Very Noisy.1st Floor for all apartments.When windows are opened, you get smoke smell cuz of the bar underneath. My kids could not sleep due to the noise from outside, KH refused to cancel the booking saying this is “subjective feeling”.

Very convenient location, clean, very nice. Hosts were very accommodating and gave us all the information we needed!

Location was ideal. Close to many sites and very clean.

Main bedroom was large, location was great. The apartment was as per the pictures.

There is no air conditioning and made our stay very uncomfortable as only 1 window in whole apartment.

The location is just in the center. Really short walk, 10 minutes to st. Stephen Cathedral also to the Opera! 2 minutes walk to the big supermarket. The owner is very pleasant to communicate. The apartment has everything what you need for the comfy stay!

Strategic location. Easy to check in. Comfortable apartment. Close to shops, restaurants and the concert venues - All within walkable distance. Would recommend.

The location was central to the cultural area which housed sites such as the Opera House, Concert Hall, National Library, historic churches, and Naschmarkt. Numerous restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and coffee shops were within a short and safe walking distance. The rooms were clean and nicely designed. The staff was very helpful. The building is also close to the subway,Metro, stop.

The building is in the center of a large, bustling city. It is situated near a very busy street intersection. It tends to be noisey with street traffic and sirens throughout the day and construction during the day.
