They did n clean the room as they have done. We return in the room at 13 and it wasn t made

The staff were very welcoming and the room was just what I needed. I lalso oved being close to a grocery store, but also having a tasty breakfast option.

The breakfast and location were both very good, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory.

The room cleaning service was disappointing. When we requested cleaning, the trash was not removed, and basic amenities such as shampoo were not refilled even when they were already empty upon our arrival. This negatively affected our overall experience.

The check-in was quick. The staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable

There wasn't anything I didn't like!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my visit. The location is a major advantage: the train station is right next to the hotel, the airport bus departs from directly in front of the entrance, and there are metro and tram stations just across the street. Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

The only thing I missed in the room was having a refrigerator.

We both felt our greeting at reception wasn’t the friendliest but to be fair it was early hours. Cleaning staff appeared friendly.

Good Location , really close to metro ,hotel is adjacent to mall which included a metro station, city center 3 metro stops away

It was very clean, convenient location near metro station, bus station etc. Also the staff are friendly and there is a space where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early.

We had breakfast only one day. Very expensive compared to what it offers. Very basic. The location is very good! Next to the metro and train station. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area.

Nothing more then the location

Very disappointing stay. The room was nowhere near what was described. It was advertised as 18 m², but in reality it felt like a tiny shoebox. We complained immediately at check-in and were moved to an accessible room, which was just as bad and lacked basic amenities such as a wardrobe and several features listed in the description. None of the rooms matched what was promised. This was one of the worst bookings we have ever experienced.

Very good Location next to the Westbanhof Station, less than 2 minutes walk to underground subway for easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas.

The bedroom is comfortable and clean. The hotel is not very close to the city center, but there are train, metro, tramway and bus stations right next to it. Also, the shuttle to the airport arrives and departs from just in front, which is very practical if you're arriving or leaving Vienna by plane.

The breakfast area is undersized for the number of rooms/guests. On some days I had problems finding a place to sit and to move around to get things to eat and drink.

Great location, kind staff and very clean.

Location was perfect right beside train station and bus stopped right outside from the airport shopping centre next door to hotel some nice little food places and restaurants and shops were a short walk away.

Everything was very nice. The location is comfortable, near the Metro station. The car parking is really comfortable, less than two minutes from the hotel. The room was comfort, clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good, with many choices of salty and sweet options. I recommend this hotel and i will prefer stay here again in the future.

The water prices are so expensive, 1 bottle for 6.5 euros!

Directly beside one of the stations. It is near the huge shopping street which is a couple of hundred meters away. If shopping is not your thing and you are going to use the Vienna central station a lot to move to places like Hallstatt, it will be better to stay in the Motel One near the central station. Other than that, it is good. There are a couple of very good restaurants nearby this hotel.
