Excellent location and I looked forward to their breakfast every morning I was there. Water pressure was good. Common areas are well kept. Staff were very friendly and capable.

Room is dated and interiors need refurbishing. Cupboards that did not close.

Lovely big rooms with beautiful big bathroom. Location was great. Bathroom amenities were good , great hairdryer, nice robes. Very happy with everything.

Location is great. Decorations/style are typically ‘Sissi’ stylish, but so very fitting to Vienna (esp. in January, during Ball season). And the breakfast is simply superb. We will be back!

Excellent location! Had booked a concert at Annakirsche, which is literally right there. I had an amazing dinner at Restaurant Sole which is also right next door. Hotel Sacher is a 4 minute walk! This was also a short walk from the Wien Mitte so very easy to get there from the airport on the CAT! The hotel itself is just beautiful!

There is no gym on the property but I knew that when booking. The location made up for that though! :)

Location of this hotel can't be beat. Not more than 15 - 20 minutes from the furthest attractions, all easily walkable. Breakfast is more than enough, and very good. The staff was quite helpful, too!

Could not regulate the heat in the two rooms we rented. It was either too hold or too cold. It's nice an toasty for a winter day, but sometimes too toasty. Also, the shower hardware needed some updates, and wouldn't stay up properly.

very close to all major sights: opera, Sacher, Albertina, etc. On a quiet side street from the main shopping street. And an excellent Italian restaurant (Sole) next door. Staff very friendly and helpful.

small problem at the start with sewage smell in the room. The water lock in the evacution pipes had dried out. Quickly solved with a few glasses of water.

Initially they gave us a room in the attic that my husband and I hated, but the wonderful front desk employee Ahmed was very helpful and gave us a much nicer room that was spacious, comfortable and very pretty. This made the whole difference to our stay. The hotel is cute and super central, wonderful location to visit Vienna. The staff is very very friendly and kind.

The hotel has all the things that we dreamed of when planning our trip. Old World charm with a romantic atmosphere. The hotel is located in a perfect location, with close and easy access to the Christmas markets. The staff were happy, helpful and did a great job making us feel welcome.

Its a nice location in a nice area. The hotel has an historic feel to it. The room was large. Staff were friendly

It felt a bit dated the room looked at bit tired the bathroom was shower over bathtub which for the price of room dosnt match other hotels offerings. The noise was an issue for me. The drainage pipe ran through the room in the corner so every time the room upstairs flushed or had a shower i could hear that. It was so loud it woke me up in the night. The room door was not soundproof so you can hear everything in the corridor. Overall disappointed with some things which means i didnt feel the price paid was worth it.

An absolute gem of a hotel. The most welcoming reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Very traditional Austrian decor.Plentiful breakfast, and lots of choice. Comfortable bed and spacious room, bathroom fully equipped. Couldn’t wish for any more .

Love this hotel and the location. Breakfast is amazing and Edin the manager is so helpful. I come every year and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Vienna.
