Wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean with everything one needs. Good breakfast and very nice coffee break with cake from 2 to 5 pm. The hotel is 100 meter from metro.Highly recommended!

Excellent central location. Great for the twin city liner boat as well. Staff very nice.

The mattress in our room needed replacement as it rolled outwards on both sides of the bed.

The room was very cosy, not too big, quite warm but comfortably (given that it was snowing outside). I really enjoyed the afternoon coffee/tee with pastries for free, there were also board games available. The breakfast was basic and sufficient (scrambled eggs, some kind of salami and cheese, salads, pastries, yogurt, overnight oats).The location was fantastic - 1 minute walk from the tube, 10-15 minutes walk to the main tourist attractions, but still in the quiet area, plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

Everything! The rooms are renovated with very nice style. Very clean! Perfect location, close to the metro, close to the center by foot, and 5 ‘ from the station of the airport bus. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel offers a coffee break in the afternoon, which was a nice surprise. Good breakfast. Would certainly come back:)

There were no really bad things. Perhaps only that the room was a little deem even with all the lights on.

Centrally located, with metro station just a few steps from the door (also quay for Danube cruises - not tried as it was a freezing January day). Good connection to the airport (via Wien Mitte station), Main Railway Station (via metro line U1) and Stephansplatz (walking distance). Quiet room with well-equipped mini bar. Coffee and cakes offered free of charge in the afternoon, in a nice dining area.

A bit outdated and old, small lift. A bit too pricey for the quality offered.

Loved this hotel! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was so close to all major tourist attractions.

The breakfast staff was amazing! Very quick and friendly! They made fresh eggs any way you wanted them and brought it straight away, along with whatever coffee you wanted! Front desk lady super sweet and helpful. Found us our best Snitzel and candies!

No negatives, would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything was fine and met my expectations. The balcony was a really nice touch and I enjoyed having that space.If I had to mention something, the view was facing the back side, but it wasn’t a big issue at all and didn’t affect the overall experience.

The location was perfect, REALLY close to public transportation and overall to the city center of vienna, breakfast was great and the room was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, I highly recommend
