Hotel Asperner Löwe

The property is cozy, nice and the location is near a bus and metro station, however, night buses is a problem in the city itself not about only this hotel. Overall everything was great friendly staff and nice cozy hotel

Very clean room, warm in winter time. Very friendly staff. The location is perfect 5 min from railway Station and 20 min from downtown.

Everybody was really friendly and helpful. Besides, the hotel is just 5 Minutes from the U-Bahn Station, there are 2 little supermarkets and a couple of cafes/restaurants around.I like the kitchenette in the room very much, that was really helpful.I payed for two breakfasts but wasn't able to make it in one of them and they just changed the date, I found it very nice and practical.

Once I was able to check in I found the staff very friendly. The place is far from the city center but the U2 metro goes straight there so not an issue. The breakfast is really good

I was there over the New Year’s holiday and there was hardly any warm water in the shower and the heating did not work well. I complained about this and was told that many guests are taking long showers and that the boilers are working at capacity. Still a hotel should be able to figure this out

The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, which made getting around easy. The front desk team was responsive and welcoming. We informed them via Booking.com that we would be checking in late, as the reception operates until 9:30 pm, and they promptly replied with clear instructions for self-check-in. Overall, the communication was efficient and reassuring.

Far from the city center, but metro station is next to the hotel. Clean, comfort room and bath.

The apartment’s location is good due to its close proximity to the public transportation. The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made sightseeing much more enjoyable. We even received our room key a couple of hours earlier, as the room was already prepared. The room was nice, clean, and spacious enough for the three of us. Breakfast was a convenient option, with a simple but sufficient selection and regular refills. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Parking at the hotel for our car. The hotel is 30 minutes away from the city but the subway is 5 minutes from the hotel so we didn't have a problem that our hotel was far from the center of vienna.

The only positive aspect is that this hotel is conveniently located near the U2 line. Unfortunately, that's all.

The bathroom is unrealistically small. No windows, and a ventilator that doesn't work. The shower drain was clogged, so the water filled up the shower quickly.There is basically no sound or statistical isolation between the rooms.Paper-thin walls, you can hear when someone is coughing, as if he is inside your room. When someone walks from above, there is a fear that the roof will fall on you.The fact that there is no 24-hour reception is not properly marked. We had a problematic neighbor on the floor who had been in the hallway since 3 am, yelling and banging on doors, and there was no one to complain to. This hotel should not have such a high review on Booking.

You pay less you get less. It's confortable, really clean.,

Value for money if you visit Vienna with a car, plenty of onsite parking space and only 5 mins walk away from underground station.

Seems no double bed option. 30-45 mins away from attractions by public transport.

Charming, European style hotel. Lots of storage to unpack. Clean, great location to subway, bus stops, groceries and a couple restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is a little expensive ($18 USD). No elevator to 3rd floor or effective A/C. (This visit I stayed on 1st floor which was great!)

Fantastic location in Vienna with big parking place. Only two minutes away from U2 tube station. Very friendly hosts.

Room was big and clean (super clean). Kitchenette in the room was big plus.Hotel is close to train station.

The aircon wasn't working when we check-in late, had to get it turned on from the reception the next day. The bathroom had a weird smell, couldn't figure out why, it seemed like the extractor fan wasn't working maybe.

wifi code expires and I don't know the exact expiration time so have to ask for a code everyday if I want to use it that day. And there is no automatic tools to get the code, only going to the reception.

The room was clean and perfect, the staff are helpfull. The park area is perfect with two gates.

The colours. The building was as in the pictures. But, for me, the yellow was too much for me.

Great that the room has small kitchen. Very convenient location close to the metro. Own parking place is an added value.

The staff was very nice, and the rooms were clean and cozy. Our 2-year-old really enjoyed the small green area next to the main entrance.

Overall, breakfast was okay; it would be nice to have some hot meals, as there were only boiled eggs. Some sausage and canned beans would be enough.
