The room was clean, well maintained and always cozy, the breakfast was really good and varied, I really enjoyed my stay.

Getting two small beds instead of one big one.

The location of the hotel was amazing, surrounded with nature and easily reachable by feet to the Oberlaa Therme.

The ventilation in summertime could be better: because of the small roof windows it was impossible to ventilate the room sufficiently.

Excellent location, brilliant bus/ tram services right out the front of the hotel,plus right next to the wig, a huge park with Excellent things for the whole family. Opened in 1974?I went as a child in 76

After 23:00 nobody is in reception. Remote of air conditioning doesn’t found in room. Before booking asked first charges of child. Doesn’t mention charges of child.

Decent place and very clean.1. Good cleaning lady! 2. Nice guy at the checkout.

1. There is no free parking at the additional house, only at the main hotel. If you walk there and back there are no sidewalks basically. 2. No sausages at the breakfast.3. Weird sensor at the toilet, keeps going on and off (light + recuperation) rather randomly. 4. Shower creates pools on the floor.

Housekeeping was very rude. Around 08:30 AM, they were already insisting to enter our room even tough we were still there, not yet checked out. After that, they made a lot of noise on the hallway, cleaning the nearby rooms.I assume the furniture, windows, hair dryer, etc. are from '1960. (not in a good way). I mean, you could hear everything from the outside, the windows weren't sealed enough and you could feel the cold wind blowing from the outside. This is not a 4* hotel. 2 at most.

Very nicely, stylishly furnished room. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed.Polite, helpful staff at breakfast.

Contrary to what booking.com claims, there was not even a working refrigerator in the room, not even a minibar.When I asked how to turn on the refrigerator, the receptionist said that there was no refrigerator service.We didn't want to believe that there was no socket in the room.We could charge our mobile phone by unplugging the TV cable. What should a guest who uses an APAP device while sleeping do?We would have been happy to have at least a kettle, if there was no coffee or tea making facilities.The lady working at the reception was not very friendly either.For these reasons, despite the positives, I wouldn't consider it a 4-star hotel.

This place definitely needs some renovation. I would literally change the pillows, they are old. I paid 40€ for children’s bed. The bed was very hard and uneven.

Had to stay somewhere in Vienna for ine night and best deal we found online with breakfast and free parking was this hotel.Situated in a very safe and quiet area just outside a big park, we enjoyed few things such as very nice breakfast, the free parking and the comfortable beds.Rooms were clean but walls really need fixing and to be repainted. It's a bit out of date, not at all modern but beds are very comfy.Breakfast staff was lovely and very helpful not at all like the evening shift.

We didn't like that the menus were all just in German and nobody made an efort to try and help us translate from the menu so we could serve dinner there.... so we left the restaurant and so happy for that as we eat amazinly well at the restaurant in the park.

I liked the location of the hotel, loby and reception and the warmth in the whole facility.

Personal at the reception can be more polite and happy because of the guests. The whole hotel is very old, with very old stuff, wardrobe, bathroom etc. The only bed was very clean and comfy. The whole facility really needs a restauration and it doesn't deserve 4 stars, 3 stars are very much fine.

11:00 pm still have party， cannot sleep， nobody in reception all the time， breakfast only have piece of bread and not fresh fruits，the worst experience ever!

Very friendly team.Located in silent area, close to metro. To those who arrives by car and want to enjoy quet Vienna. Free parking. Very good traditional Vienna restaurant on spot. Located on edge of very nice park and with only in wien thermal resort:)

Friendly staff and nice rooms.Food at the restaurant is very tasty. Breakfast was ok but not diverse.

There is no information in English. Even menu in the restaurant doesn't have English translation so we were forced to use translator.

Real nice room, very clean and somewhat modern. The place was quiet and close to a park, so the surrounding area of the hotel was also amazing. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel was outstanding.

Nothing stood out as bad.
