Hotel Donaustadt Kagran - at Metro U1

Everything was very good. Staff very frendly, room clean and warm, breakfast very good.

We liked everything.

An excellent option for staying in Vienna. The hotel is well located, very close to a metro stop. The hotel staff was amazing, very helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast offered a wide range of options. Luggage storage is also available.

Hotel Donaustadt Kagran is in an excellent location. Very close to U1 We enjoyed the breakfast which included many options. The WiFi is greatly improved and worked everywhere.

They have an issue with their elevator so they forced me to stay in 6th floor !!!! So i have to climb 6 floors with my 1 year baby and my bags !!! For two days While they promised me that it will be fixed I asked for breakfast. Bag as i will early and no one helped me

There was enough toilet paper and the pillows were sufficient. Breakfast staff is helpful.

The elevators worked only 80% of the stay (no one cared to repair them quickly it seems). The coffee machines break regularly. The AC of another room has a damaged bearing making loud noises the entire night. The shower is filled to the brim with mold. Catching some hot water while showering is practically impossible, only very mildly warm or cold most of the time. All of the carpets are dirty, stained and smelly. Toilet room was not cleaned properly before my stay, with the walls having residual brown stains on them. Rooms are not sufficiently sound-proofed.

The breakfast was poor, mostly cold food, no cooked option nor the classic patiserie elements. Also when we arrived at 8-9 AM to leave out baggage as instructed, the front desk was closed and access to the hotel was impossible.

The breakfast (if you take it) it was the same all week. Maybe you can change that. I mean other kind of egg preparation than boiled....add some wurst...

Bathtub was dirty and also the room floor.

Bathroom and toilet were in a good condition, the breakfast was fine as well. All well within expectations for the price we were paying.

The tram drives close by every 20-30 minutes, even during the night. Other than that this is a nice little comfortable hotel.

It was really clean, my room cleaned every day. Location is good.

There could be a water boiler in the room and after 8 pm no one is in the reception, so if you may have any problem or want to get something, it’s impossible

The stuff behavior was not ok and I did not like the room much. It was tiny little room and there was not enough space for two people

The floor is a bit dirty with a stain on it. Hope, the cleaning service knocks on the door before entering the room. ;)
