Mondial Appartement Hotel

Great for families or business. Public Transportation is literally right out the door and 10 minutes to city center. Subway Train 5 minute walk. Beautiful quiet park across the street. Delicious breakfast. Delightful staff.

Bed cover was worn with ripped hole in it.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Directly next to tram stops, near an UBahn, close to parks, bakery, grocery, etc. It was an extremely easy stay. Having a normal laundry machine was helpful too. Friendly, helpful staff. I couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were also quiet, well appointed, comfortable.

This is a 4 star hotel, with great service and friendly staff.It is very baby friendly, we had a both a baby crib and a baby chair in our apartment, and we also got a baby chair when we went to eat breakfast.Heating is very effective, and I am not just saying that.Breakfast was good, if you choose the buffet option you really get a whole buffet just for you - cheese, ham, fruit, gem, different types of bread, butter, tea, coffee, yogurt, milk, juice.The room was cleaned every day.

We found the Mondial Hotel apartment was reasonably open, spacious and the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Whilst the apartment was on the 3rd floor there was a lift, so you do no have to carry your luggage up the stairs! There is self-laundry facility (ie. washing machine and dryer) in the building's basement, which we made use of on several occasions. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive and informative, in particular, Marcus. The hotel is in a good location to a SPAR Supermarket, shops and local restaurants. The Hotel is 5-7 minutes' easy walk to the Tram into the City Centre or 8-10 minutes to the Metro (Train). Vienna has a very good public transport system, which allows you to easy access to the major sightseeing locations. For example, Schonbrunn Palace, and Upper and Lower Belvedere Palace where there is a large collection of artiest Klimt including "The Kiss". We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay there again.

Location, cleaninless , friendly staff… really a Vienna gem. I look toward in staying many more times to come in this hotel

Nothing, place was perfect

Super clean flat with everything we needed. It has good location, close to transportation, supermarket and restaurants. The staff is nice and helpful.

The hairdryer could be upgraded

The location of the hotel was optimal, close to the city center, but in a much quieter area.

Everything was more than great! Staff is warm, welcoming and really helpful.Hotel is clean, comfortable and has all we needed to feel like home. It’s located near tram stations so commuting through town is easy. If you’re coming by car, you can get parking permits in hotel for 5€/day which grants you parking in whole district. We found parking spot in front of the hotel every time.All in all if we’re going to Vienna, we will be booking in Mondial once again.

Excellent! Everything was just perfect for us! Top location with public transport stops, great cafe shop, nice restaurant and supermarket, all of this just 50 m from the hotel. Very nice host, well equipped and clean apartment. The people there provided support with all the request we had. As music and opera lovers we were benefited of easy access to the Stadt Opera, the Volks Opera (5 minutes by foot) and the Musikverein … Also we were welcome with our small dog which gives 5 stars from us to that lovely place!

Location, staff, cleanliness, comfort

Loved everything about the place. The location is close to public transport of all three, tram, underground and the bus. There is an atm beside the hotel. The staff were incredible, especially Valerie and Christian. Both were very enjoyable to talk with and helped with suggestions about what not to miss and places to eat. They both went out of their way for us on more than one occasion. The other staff were very pleasant we just didn't get to interact with them as much. There are several places to eat in the area as well that are within walking distance, our favorites were, blue orange cafe and ginger and spice. Also, Valerie makes awesome coffee. Thank you Valerie and staff for an amazing stay in your beautiful country.

That we had to leave, there were no issues with the hotel what so ever. Also, we were not prepared for the restaurants that were listed as open, to only serve drinks after 10 PM lol. Apparently the majority, if not all, of the kitchens close at 10. There is a McDonald's within a four minute walk that is open til midnight. So make sure you have snacks on hand lol.

The set up was perfect for us, bedroom, kitchen/ “living room” and a bathroom. Basically a one bedroom apartment (it’s in the name, apartment hotel) but I wasn’t sure if it was a translation issue or not. Location is a bit far from the city center but with public transportation it was a super economical choice, and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go to with a short walk to the train or bus.

Well equipped and very comfortable studio apartment in a good location. An attractive period building in a pleasant part of the city, with good local amenities and excellent transport connections to all areas..The hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and charming. I would certainly stay there again.

I could not find any fault in the hotel and the staff were veryanxious to do everything they could to satisfy their guests.

Wonderful little cosy hotel, I liked it. Staff are very attentive to your needs. Well located to Josef metro and tram lines, and grocery shops.

The location was perfect for travelling around Vienna & it was lovely to walk into Vienna from the apartment to take in the sights & the beautiful buildings. The proximity to the metro system was ideal, as was the Spar shop & and the little surrounding cafés. Location was good for us, not far from the Christmas markets, central, shopping. Breakfast buffet did not include things as omelet, scrambled eggs, sausages or beans, however we were offered boiled eggs to be boiled to our liking.

In our opinion breakfast is the area where they could improve.

The location of Mondial Appartement Hotel was excellent. We had easy access to public transportation. Our one bedroom unit gave my adult daughter and I our own personal space at the end of a busy day. The kitchen area met our needs. We would definitely stay there again!

A spacious room, very friendly stuff, a small kitchen well equipped.You can get a minimal continental breakfast for 9 EUR, or a full one for 18 EUR, the prices that are quite acceptable nowadays.
