Pros +
- Great location, just a 15-minute walk to the city centre. Very friendly and supportive staff, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and very comfortable. The garage was convenient and secure. Despite some issues, I would consider staying again.
- Great service. I would visit again when I come to Stuttgart.
- The hotel is a three star hotel, so there are not many amenities, but if you know this, it won't bother you.
Cons -
- The walls are very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms is easily heard. Unfortunately, we experienced loud noise(young couple hadfun for hour late at night from the next room, which was uncomfortable, especially since I was traveling with my teenage daughter. Attempts to ask for quiet did not help. Early in the morning, cleaning staff start working in adjacent rooms, which can disturb guests who want to sleep in or relax longer.
- Staff is friendly and helpful, the room is big, the bed is comfortable. I have stayed here numerous times, because the price is good and the facilities are sufficient for a quick business trip
