- Cleanliness, nice staffs, able to leave our luggage before check in
- Everything was great that was within their control. They gave me a room on an upper floor as requested. The breakfast was the best out of the 3 hotels I stayed in while in Prague. They held my luggage for me all day.
- The friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
Cons -
- A family was places somewhere near my room and they were very loud. I called downstairs to see if I should move to another room. They said they will talk to the other guests and they were quiet for the rest of the night. But maybe better sound proofing?

Everything was great that was within their control. They gave me a room on an upper floor as requested. The breakfast was the best out of the 3 hotels I stayed in while in Prague. They held my luggage for me all day.
