Pros +
- The staff were extremely welcoming! They carried our bags from the taxi, offered us a complimentary champagne, offered suggestions for the city, and the hotel breakfast was incredible. Very friendly to tourists!
- My flight arrived very late. Almost 2 hours. The hotel was kind enough to make sure that there was someone waiting for me to check in even though I arrived at 2 o¿clock in the morning.
- Best thing about this hotel is the location, right near Old Town. Breakfast buffet was nice. Would recommend but not as 4-Star stay.
Cons -
- I got in at 2 o¿clock in the morning and went to sleep almost immediately. I woke up a check out time, so I really never had any time to find anything to complain about.. ¿¿
- The first night was spent killing multitudes of fruit-flies that never seemed to stop our entire stay even with window closed, staff had no solutions. Only one key for room, swipe cards would be nice. Better system for bathroom ventilation.
