Great value hotel. Clean, great staff. Not a lot of frills, but did you expect that for the price. They even have umbrellas I borrowed when it rained. Staff really makes an effort to help the customer. Would stay again unless I need something larger/more luxurious.

Excellent location just facing the main railway station of Geneva which you can reach on foot without having to cross the main square. Quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Family atmosphere. Good value for money.

An unbeatable location, situated directly across from the railway station, especially for planning to fly out of Geneve airport. The room had a good amount of space and the beds were very comfortable.

A small room but nice and quiet

The rooms were cold even with the radiators turned all the way up. By contrast the lobby area was quite pleasant temperature wise. We asked the staff to address but were told that’s just the way it is and nothing they could do about it. Then asked for a separate space heater but they would not provide. Said “we keep the prices low by keeping the heat down”. Wish that had been clearly stated when we made the booking.

Super comfortable and huge beds! Hotel is located just across the train station in Geneva. Room was very spacious. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. No fee for stay of a dog.

Location was across the street from the Bahnhof though a bit hard to find as it is on the second floor. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was acceptable.

Good value for money. Great location exactly in front of the train station, which for me was perfect. The room was spacious and had the minmum needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around, so you won't be bored. Walcable distance to the city center, so can access it easily.

The room door was not isolated, so it was easy to hear when people walk and talk outside, which was little annoying.

Property was close to the train station. It was cheaper than other hotels in the area.

The hotel had a distinct hostel feel to it which isn’t my wife and my vibe. I felt the pictures of the room were a bit misleading and advertised more comfort and updated furniture than what we experienced.

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, it was a truly excellent hotel and I would highly recommend it.

there might be something strange with water pipes since shower temperature fluctuated a bit th but that's a very minor thing. overall reccomend.

Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly! loved the layout and the room was super spacious. It was affordable and in a great location to access downtown Geneva.

Breakfast was not super fresh; would like to see more options and some more home made options; breakfast was pretty picked over by the time we got there at 8:30. Also hotel is somewhat difficult to find; better instructions to find the hotel should be emailed to guests prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful stay for the most part. The location was fantastic, and we truly appreciated the complimentary transportation cards which made getting around the city very easy.

However, we were disappointed with the handling of our late check-out request. Our flight was delayed, so we asked to stay in the room a bit longer, but our request was denied. Since it was the low season, we had hoped for more flexibility, especially as we noticed our room remained unoccupied for the rest of the afternoon. Granting our request would have significantly improved our overall experience.

Very close to Geneve train station and good to stay over and go to Airport using public train.

The location was excellent for me to get around walking, great for me getting there by bus and the train station also to get me to the airport was right there and free to guests

I thought I might not like the external bathroom but it wasn’t a problem. I had a nice big room and nice big bathroom

The hotel's best feature is its location, which is directly across from the train station. The hotel is located near good restaurants and is very walkable to the park, university, and other tourist attractions. When I checked in, there was a minor issue with some of the light bulbs in the room not working, but the staff immediately changed me to a new room. The hotel also provided a free city transportation pass, which is awesome!

I think it's a bit confusing about the location and how to get into the hotel; I wish they had provided a bit more information upon arrival. I booked a room with a separate bathroom across the hall, which is a minor inconvenience, but I think it's fine.

Location was great. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities needed. Hotel staff were very nice.

No elevator, so had to climb stairs with luggage.
